PILE PRESSING APPARATUS USING FOUNDATION FIXING MEMBER AND HORIZONTAL REINFORCING MEMBER FOR PILE PRESSING AND THE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a pile pressing device using a structure penetration fixing unit and a pile pressing reinforcement body and a construction method thereof, capable of pressing a pile on a side of an existing pile based on using the pile pressing device after installation of the device. The pile pressing reinforcement body comprises: upper and lower horizontal reinforcement bodies having a side fixated to a side of an existing structure, having the other side penetrated by an anchor rod to be fixated in order to distribute and deliver a bending moment and a horizontal force to the existing structure, generated during a pile pressing procedure of the pile pressing device; upper and lower connection plates integrated with the upper and lower horizontal reinforcement bodies to be extended to the existing structure; and a structure penetration fixing unit penetrating the existing structure to fixate the upper and lower connection plates to the upper and lower surfaces of the existing structure. The pile pressing reinforcement body is integrated with a side of the existing structure using expanded concrete.
보강재에 파일압입장치를 설치한 후 파일압입장치를 이용하여 파일을 기존기초 측방에 압입시킬 수 있는 구조물관통고정구와 파일압입보강체를 이용한 파일압입장치 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 구조물관통고정구와 파일압입보강체를 이용한 파일압입장치는 파일압입장치의 파일 압입과정에서 발생하는 수평력과 휨 모멘트를 기존구조물에 분산 전달될 수 있도록, 기존구조물의 측면에 일측이 고정 설치되며, 타측이 파일압입장치의 앵커봉이 관통되어 고정 설치되도록 하는 상부 및 하부 수평보강재; 상기 상부 및 하부 수평보강재와 일체화되어 기존구조물으로 연장되는 상부 및 하부 연결플레이트; 및 상기 상부 및 하부 연결플레이트를 기존구조물의 상면과 저면에 고정되도록 기존구조물을 관통하도록 설치되는 구조물관통고정구;를 포함하는 파일압입보강체;를 기존구조물 측방에 확장콘크리트를 이용하여 일체화시키게 된다.
