SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING ECO-FRIENDLY COLOR AGGREGATE
The present invention relates to a system for producing an environmentally-friendly color aggregate. The environmentally-friendly color aggregate expresses a beautiful color with rarely having decoloration or discoloration by using a semi-permanent natural stone as a base material, is not contaminated by whitening or hydration of a cement product, and can purify air while removing contamination caused by a vehicle exhaust gas. The system of the present invention comprises: a pulverizing device for pulverizing an aggregate made of a natural stone to have an average particle size of 0.5 to 50 mm; a particle size separating device for separating the aggregate pulverized by the pulverizing device by particle size; a first agitating device for mixing and agitating the aggregate separated by particle size by the separating device with a pigment; a coloring furnace for heating the aggregate and the pigment agitated by the first agitator, and coloring the aggregate; a second agitating device for performing surface coating by mixing and agitating an epoxy resin, a UV stabilizer, and a hardening promoting agent on the aggregate colored by the coloring furnace; a heating furnace for feeding, heating, and dipping the aggregate having a surface coated with the epoxy resin, the UV stabilizer, and the hardening promoting agent in the second agitator; a cooling drying device for cooling and drying the aggregate heated and dipped in the heating furnace; and an optical catalyst coating device for coating 20 to 100 L/m^2 of an optical catalyst with respect to the aggregate cooled and dried in the cooling drying device.
본 발명은 친환경 칼라골재 제조시스템에 관한 것으로, 반영구적인 자연석을 모체로 하여 탈색이나 변색이 거의 없이 아름다운 색상을 발하면서도 시멘트 제품의 백화현상이나 수화반응으로 인한 오염이 없고 자동차 배기가스에 의한 오염을 제거하고 공기를 정화할 수 있는 친환경 칼라골재를 원활히 제조할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 자연석으로 이루어진 골재를 0.5 내지 50mm의 평균입도로 분쇄하는 분쇄기와; 상기 분쇄기에서 분쇄된 골재를 입도별로 분리하는 입도별 분리기와; 상기 분리기에서 입도별로 분리된 골재를 안료와 혼합하여 교반하는 제1교반기와; 상기 제1교반기에서 교반된 골재와 안료를 가열하여 골재에 착색하는 착색로와; 상기 착색로에서 착색된 골재에 에폭시수지, UV안정제, 경화촉진제를 혼합 및 교반하여 표면 코팅하는 제2교반기와; 상기 제2교반기에서 에폭시수지, UV안정제, 경화촉진제가 표면 코팅된 골재를 투입하여 가열 함침하는 가열로와; 상기 가열로에서 가열 함침된 골재를 냉각 건조하는 냉각 건조기와; 상기 냉각 건조기에서 냉각 건조된 골재에 대하여 광촉매를 m당 20 내지 100L의 양으로 도포하는 광촉매 도포장치를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a system for producing an environmentally-friendly color aggregate.
