Concrete waterproofing block and constructing method of concrete structure using the same
The present invention relates to a concrete waterproofing block, consecutively connected and installed to a joint part of a concrete structure which is completed by separately depositing concrete for multiple times, so as to prevent water from being permeated. The present invention relates to a concrete waterproofing block comprising: a plate-shaped main body made of concrete or mortar; a protrusion part projected out on one surface of the main body; and a groove part formed on the other surface of the main body and having a shape capable of being combined with the tightly inserted protrusion part, and a concrete structure constructing method using the same. According to the present invention, the concrete waterproofing block including the main body, the protrusion part, and the groove part is formed by concrete or mortar to first deposit concrete therein, the concrete waterproofing blocks are continuously connected and installed to make the groove part and the protrusion part mutually inserted in order, and concrete is second deposited to an upper side of the installed concrete waterproofing blocks. Thus, the concrete waterproofing blocks can be easily installed between an inner and an outer steel bar of a concrete structure, construction becomes simple and convenient, an excellent effect of preventing water from being leaked in a joint part of the concrete structure is provided, and the concrete waterproofing block is made of concrete, so durability can be enhanced.
본 발명은, 콘크리트를 복수회 분리 타설하여 완성하는 콘크리트 구조물의 이음부에, 복수개를 연속으로 연결하여 설치함으로써 누수를 방지하는 콘크리트 지수블록에 있어서, 상기 콘크리트 지수블록은 콘크리트 또는 모르타르로 형성되는 것으로서, 판형상의 본체; 상기 본체의 일측면에 돌출 형성되는 돌출부; 및 상기 본체의 타측면에 형성되고 상기 돌출부가 긴밀히 끼움 결합될 수 있는 형상의 요홈부;를 포함하는 콘크리트 지수블록 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명을 통해, 콘크리트 지수블록을 본체, 돌출부, 및 요홈부를 포함하는 콘크리트 또는 모르타르로 형성하여, 1차로 콘크리트를 타설하고, 상기 1차로 타설된 콘크리트가 경화하기 전에 상기 콘크리트 지수블록들을 순차로 요홈부와 돌출부가 상호 끼워지도록 연속으로 연결하여 설치하고, 상기 설치된 콘크리트 지수블록들의 상측에 2차로 콘크리트를 타설함으로써, 콘크리트 구조물의 내, 외측 철근의 사이에 용이하게 설치할 수 있고, 시공이 간단하고 편리하며, 콘크리트 구조물의 이음부의 누수를 방지하는 효과가 우수하고, 콘크리트로 제작되어 내구성이 향상된 효과를 제공할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a concrete waterproofing block, consecutively connected and installed to a joint part of a concrete structure which is completed by separately depositing concrete for multiple times, so as to prevent water from being permeated.
