MANUFACTURING METHOD OF INDOOR AND OUTDOOR SPORTS STADIUM FLOORING
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a flooring material for indoor and outdoor sport stadiums which improves impact absorption and sliding prevention functions by adding an elastic material unit to a flooring material of an indoor and outdoor sport stadium. According to the present invention, the method of manufacturing a flooring material for indoor and outdoor sport stadiums comprises: a first step of forming and connecting a main body formed in a plane form including a plurality of grids, a pattern type elastic unit formed on the upper surface of the main body, a penetration unit penetrating the main body by being connected to the pattern type elastic unit, an impact absorbing unit formed on an end of the penetration unit, and the elastic material unit formed of an elastic material; and a second step of forming a floor connection unit connected to the main body on the lower surface of the main body by being formed in a shape corresponding to the main body.
본 발명은 실내외 스포츠 경기장 바닥재의 제조 방법은 다수의 격자를 포함하는 평면형으로 형성되는 본체부를 형성하고, 상기 본체부의 상면에 형성되는 패턴형 탄성부, 상기 패턴형 탄성부와 연결되어 상기 본체부를 관통하는 관통부, 그리고 상기 관통부의 단부에 형성되는 충격 흡수부를 포함하며, 탄성 재료로 형성되는 탄성 재료부를 형성하여 결합하는 제1 단계; 및 상기 본체부에 대응되는 형태로 구성되어, 상기 본체부의 하면 상에서 상기 본체부와 결합되는 바닥 결합부를 형성하는 제2 단계;를 포함한다.
