The Method of Manufacturing Blind Materials of Curtain Integrated Vertical Blinds
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing blind materials of curtain-integrated vertical blinds installed in glass windows and used as a sunshade. The vertical blinds are continuously woven in a horizontal direction and can be easily cut through a unit member without an extra tool in use. To this end, the method comprises continuously weaving a curtain member (51), in which impermeable units (56) are formed on both sides of a light transmission unit (54) located in a vertical direction, from side to side.
본 발명은 유리창문의 내측에 설치되어 햇빛 가리개용으로 사용되는 커튼 일체형 버티컬 블라인드의 블라인드지 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 버티컬 블라인드를 가로방향으로 연속적으로 제직하였다가 사용 시 별도의 도구를 사용하지 않고도 단위부재로 용이하게 절단하여 사용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.이를 위해, 본 발명은 수직방향으로 위치하는 투광부(54)의 양측에 불투광부(56)가 형성되는 커튼부재(51)를 좌, 우로 연속되게 제직하는 것에 있어서, 경사(55)를 종광로드에 걸을 때, 투광부(54)에 20 - 75데니아의 경사를 걸고, 불투광부(56)에는 100 - 5000데니아의 경사(55)를 걸며, 단위편인 커튼부재(51)의 경계에 위치하는 지점에는 2가닥의 절취선(52)을 경사로 걸고 상기 절취선(52)에 인접하는 좌, 우 지점에는 20 - 1000데니아의 저융착사를 1 - 100올 걸어 제직을 준비하는 단계와, 제직 준비된 직기에서 20 - 75데니아인 저융착사, 폴리에스터, 나일론, 폴리프로필렌 중 어느 하나 또는 2이상의 재질로 이루어진 위사(57)를 연속적으로 공급하여 블라인드지(50)를 제직하는 단계와, 제직된 블라인드지(50)를 열처리하여 절취선(52)에 인접하게 경사로 걸린 20 -1000데니아의 저융착사를 위사(57)와 일체화하는 단계와, 열처리 완료된 블라인드지(50)를 보빈에 감는 단계와, 블라인드지를 창문의 높이에 알맞게 절단한 다음 절취선(52)을 이용하여 커튼부재(51)로 분할하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
