Apparatus for Grinding Surface of Rail
The present invention relates to a rail surface polishing device, and a rail surface polishing method using the same. In order to polish a welding part, a connection part, a scratched part, an abrasion part, a damaged part, or any uneven part of a rail; the present invention is capable of enabling a user to transfer and install the device on the rail, polishing an upper surface of the rail by tilting a polishing wheel along a transversely curved shape, enabling precise polishing by polishing a surface of the rail while measuring a polishing level of the surface, and having a universal property by being even applied to a grooved rail. The present invention comprises: a frame; a horizontal movement frame member moved vertically along the frame; an elevating and falling part moved transversely along the horizontal movement frame member; and a rotating part combined with the polishing wheel to rotate the polishing wheel. As such, the present invention is capable of polishing the surface of the rail, curved with a gradient, by tilting the polishing wheel by rotating the rotating part from a vertical direction to a transverse direction.
본 발명은 레일의 용접부, 연결부, 찰상부, 마모부, 손상부 또는 기타 불규칙한 부분에서 레일의 표면을 고르게 연마함에 있어서, 작업자가 휴대용으로 이송하여 레일에 설치 사용할 수 있으며, 레일의 횡단면에서 레일의 상면이 횡방향으로 곡선진 형상에 따라 연마석이 기울어지면서 연마할 수 있고, 레일 표면의 연마정도를 측정하면서 연마를 수행으로써 정밀한 형상으로의 연마가 가능하게 될 뿐만 아니라, 매립형 궤도레일(Grooved Rail)에도 적용할 수 있는 범용성을 가지는 레일 표면 연마장치 및 이를 이용한 레일 표면 연마방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 프레임; 프레임을 따라 종방향으로 이동하게 되는 수평이동 프레임부재; 수평이동 프레임부재를 따라 횡방향으로 이동하게 되는 승하강부; 및 연마석이 결합되어 있어서 연마석을 회전 구동시키는 회전구동부를 포함하여 구성되며; 레일의 상면이 횡방향으로 곡선형태의 구배를 가지고 있는 부분에 대해서는 회전구동부를 연직방향으로부터 횡방향으로 회전시켜서 연마석이 기울어지게 만들어서 레일 표면을 연마하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일 표면 연마장치와, 이를 이용한 레일 표면 연마방법이 제공된다.
