Non-motorized non-point pollution treatment device
The present invention provides a nonpowered non-point pollution treatment device (1) in which a filter tank (3) can wash without an additional outer power source in a treatment device of reducing the non-point pollution by being installed in a non-point pollution source. According to the present invention, the nonpowered non-point pollution treatment device includes: a rotation water turbine (6) rotating in a direction by rainwater flowing inside; a connection rod (7) in which one end is installed in the rotation water turbine (6) to freely rotate; a reciprocating rod (8) formed to reciprocate forward and backward as an opposite end of the connection rod (7) is installed to freely rotate; and washing units (9) installed to protrude from the reciprocating rod (8) to the lower side and washing a filter of the filter tank (3) by reciprocating forward and backward with the reciprocating rod (8). According to the present invention, the rotation water turbine (6) rotates due to a head of rainwater flowing inside without supplying an additional power source, and the reciprocating rod (8) connected to the connection rod (7) reciprocates forward and backward. So, the filter in the filter tank (3) can be washed to be physically even and clean by the washing unit (9) installed in the lower part of the reciprocating rod (8). The nonpowered non-point pollution treatment device (1) can reduce non-point pollution of the rainwater by improving filtering efficiency of filtering a non-point pollution matter in the rainwater and can remarkably reduce maintenance and repair costs.
본 발명은 비점오염원에 설치되어 비점오염을 저감시키는 처리장치에서 여과조(3)의 세척이 별도의 외부 동력원 없이 가능토록 한 무동력 비점오염 처리장치(1)를 제공코자 하는 것으로서, 상기 본 발명은 유입되는 우수에 의해서 일방향으로 회전되게 구성된 회전수차(6)와, 상기 회전수차(6)에 일단이 자유 회전되게 설치된 연결로드(7)와, 상기 연결로드(7)의 반대편 일단이 자유 회전되게 설치되어 전후로 왕복 운동되게 구성된 왕복로드(8)와, 상기 왕복로드(8)에 하향 돌출되게 수개가 설치되어 왕복로드(8)와 함께 전후로 왕복 운동하여 여과조(3)의 여과재를 세척토록 구성된 세척수단(9)이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하며, 이러한 본 발명에 의하면 별도 동력원을 공급하지 않고 유입되는 우수의 낙차에 의해서 회전수차(6)를 회전시켜서 이에 연결로드(7)로 연결된 왕복로드(8)를 전후로 왕복 운동되게 하여 왕복로드(8)의 하부에 설치된 세척수단(9)에 의해서 여과조(3) 내부의 여과재를 물리적으로 고르고 깨끗하게 세척할 수 있어서 우수에서 비점오염물질을 거르는 여과효율을 월등히 향상시켜서 우수의 비점오염을 극감시킬 수 있으며, 유지 및 보수비용을 현저히 절감시킬 수 있는 등 다수의 효과를 기대할 수 있는 것이다.

The present invention provides a nonpowered non-point pollution treatment device (1) in which a filter tank (3) can wash without an additional outer power source in a treatment device of reducing the non-point pollution by being installed in a non-point pollution source. According to the present invention, the nonpowered non-point pollution treatment device includes: a rotation water turbine (6) rotating in a direction by rainwater flowing inside; a connection rod (7) in which one end is installed in the rotation water turbine (6) to freely rotate; a reciprocating rod (8) formed to reciprocate forward and backward as an opposite end of the connection rod (7) is installed to freely rotate; and washing units (9) installed to protrude from the reciprocating rod (8) to the lower side and washing a filter of the filter tank (3) by reciprocating forward and backward with the reciprocating rod (8). According to the present invention, the rotation water turbine (6) rotates due to a head of rainwater flowing inside without supplying an additional power source, and the reciprocating rod (8) connected to the connection rod (7) reciprocates forward and backward. So, the filter in the filter tank (3) can be washed to be physically even and clean by the washing unit (9) installed in the lower part of the reciprocating rod (8). The nonpowered non-point pollution treatment device (1) can reduce non-point pollution of the rainwater by improving filtering efficiency of filtering a non-point pollution matter in the rainwater and can remarkably reduce maintenance and repair costs.
본 발명은 비점오염원에 설치되어 비점오염을 저감시키는 처리장치에서 여과조(3)의 세척이 별도의 외부 동력원 없이 가능토록 한 무동력 비점오염 처리장치(1)를 제공코자 하는 것으로서, 상기 본 발명은 유입되는 우수에 의해서 일방향으로 회전되게 구성된 회전수차(6)와, 상기 회전수차(6)에 일단이 자유 회전되게 설치된 연결로드(7)와, 상기 연결로드(7)의 반대편 일단이 자유 회전되게 설치되어 전후로 왕복 운동되게 구성된 왕복로드(8)와, 상기 왕복로드(8)에 하향 돌출되게 수개가 설치되어 왕복로드(8)와 함께 전후로 왕복 운동하여 여과조(3)의 여과재를 세척토록 구성된 세척수단(9)이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하며, 이러한 본 발명에 의하면 별도 동력원을 공급하지 않고 유입되는 우수의 낙차에 의해서 회전수차(6)를 회전시켜서 이에 연결로드(7)로 연결된 왕복로드(8)를 전후로 왕복 운동되게 하여 왕복로드(8)의 하부에 설치된 세척수단(9)에 의해서 여과조(3) 내부의 여과재를 물리적으로 고르고 깨끗하게 세척할 수 있어서 우수에서 비점오염물질을 거르는 여과효율을 월등히 향상시켜서 우수의 비점오염을 극감시킬 수 있으며, 유지 및 보수비용을 현저히 절감시킬 수 있는 등 다수의 효과를 기대할 수 있는 것이다.
