A Dust Removal Device Using Detachable Waterway Screen
The present invention relates to a dust removal device using a detachable waterway screen. More specifically, only one vertical unit can be repaired and replaced by enabling each of multiple vertical units of a main screen to be attached to and detached from horizontal units. To fixate the vertical unit, a compression plate is inserted between the vertical units and a compression bolt having an extended diameter portion is inserted in the compression plate to enable the compression plate to press the vertical unit. Only one vertical unit can be separated by loosening the compression bolt or forming a fixation plate on a rear side of each vertical unit and joining each fixation plate, to be able to be detached, to a support channel joined between vertical support frames. In addition, vertical unit insertion grooves and support grooves in which the vertical units are inserted are alternately formed to be recessed in different depths on the fixation plates for fixating the compression plate and the support channel. Therefore, the detachable waterway screen enables water, passing through the screen, to smoothly flow. In addition, according to the present invention, an open and close screen, which blocks a space between the main screen and a bottom floor, has a blocking member, which is opened and closed by contact with a rake. An upper portion of a rotation axis of the blocking member is inserted into the insertion groove of the support member with an open upper portion and then is rotated. Therefore, the blocking member can be attached and detached. The dust removal device using a detachable waterway screen enables the blocking member to be smoothly rotated by reducing friction of the rotation axis.
본 발명은 탈부착이 가능한 수로 스크린을 이용한 제진기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 메인스크린의 복수의 수직부 각각이 수평부로부터 탈부착 가능하도록 함으로써 수직부 하나만의 수리 및 교체가 가능하도록 하고, 이를 위해 압착플레이트를 각각의 수직부 사이에 삽입하고, 확경부를 갖는 압착볼트를 압착플레이트에 삽입하여 압착플레이트가 수직부를 누르도록 함으로써 수직부가 고정되도록 하며, 압착볼트만을 풀러 수직부 하나만을 분리할 수 있도록 하거나, 또는 각각의 수직부 후면에 고정플레이트가 돌출 형성되도록 하고, 각각의 고정플레이트를 수직지지프레임 사이에 연결되는 지지잔넬에 탈착가능하게 결합하도록 하여 수직부 하나만을 분리할 수 있도록 하며, 또한 압착플레이트를 고정시키는 고정용플레이트 및 지지잔넬에는 수직부가 삽입되는 수직부삽입홈 및 지지홈이 서로 다른 길이로 함입되어 번갈아 형성되도록 함으로써 스크린을 통과하는 물의 흐름이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 한다. 또한, 본 발명은 메인스크린과 바닥 사이를 차단하는 개폐스크린에 있어서 레이크와 접촉하여 개폐되는 차단부재의 회전축이 상측이 개방되는 지지부재의 삽입홈에 삽입되어 회전하도록 함으로써 차단부재의 탈부착이 가능하도록 하고, 회전축의 마찰을 줄여 차단부재의 원활한 회전이 가능하도록 하는 탈부착이 가능한 수로 스크린을 이용한 제진기에 관한 것이다.
