Interfloor connecting pipe support structure
The present invention relates to a connection pipe support structure between floors. The connection pipe support structure includes: a first sealing member which is installed on the upper part of a slab on the edges of the floors around an opening and is in the shape of a ring; a support pipe which has first and second flanges formed on the upper and lower ends, has a first flange arranged on the first sealing member to be fixed on the slab with fixing bolts in a sealed manner, and is in the shape of a ring; a second sealing unit which is installed on the second flange and is in the shape of a ring; a connection pipe installed to pass through the opening; a support plate which is arranged on the circumference of the connection pipe to protrude sideways and is arranged on the second sealing member to block the upper end of the support pipe while supporting the connection pipe on the support pipe; and multiple clamps which are installed along the edges of the support plate at intervals and press the second flange and the edges of the support plate together individually in a separable manner. According to the present invention, the connection pipe can be easily installed to connect the floors, has high reliability of the sealing of the connection pipe installation parts, ensures an excellent connection pipe supporting force, enables disassembly and reuse of the connection pipe, and minimizes damage due to internal pressure or vibration.
본 발명은 층의 경계에 해당하는 슬라브에 형성된 개구 주위의 상부에 설치되고, 링 형태로 이루어지는 제 1 실링부재; 하단과 상단에 각각 제 1 및 제 2 플랜지가 형성되고, 제 1 플랜지가 상기 제 1 실링부재 상에 위치하여 고정볼트로 상기 슬라브 상에 기밀되게 고정되며, 링 형태로 이루어지는 지지관; 상기 제 2 플랜지 상에 설치되고, 링 형태로 이루어지는 제 2 실링부재; 상기 개구를 관통하도록 설치되는 연결관; 상기 연결관의 둘레에 측방향으로 돌출되도록 마련되고, 상기 제 2 실링부재 상에 위치함으로써 상기 지지관의 상단을 차단하면서 상기 연결관을 상기 지지관에 지지되도록 하는 지지판; 및 상기 지지판의 가장자리를 따라 간격을 두고서 다수로 설치되고, 각각이 상기 제 2 플랜지와 상기 지지판의 가장자리를 분리 가능하게 밀착시키는 클램프;를 포함하도록 한 층간 연결관 지지구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 층간을 연결시키기 위한 연결관의 설치가 용이하고, 연결관의 설치 부분에 대한 실링에 대해서 높은 신뢰성을 가지도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 연결관의 지지력이 뛰어나도록 하며, 연결관의 해체나 재사용이 가능하고, 나아가서 진동이나 내부 압력 등에 의한 파손을 최소화하도록 한다.

The present invention relates to a connection pipe support structure between floors.
