Pre-cleaning filter using rotating screen for rainwater
The present invention relates to a pre-cleaning filter which is installed in an initial inlet unit of a rainwater or heavy water treatment facility to filter out foreign substances included rainwater or heavy water, which flows in initially, and to convey the rainwater or heavy water to a rainwater or heavy water treatment facility, and specifically, to a pre-cleaning filter which comprises: a water tank whose top on one side has an inlet and whose bottom on the other side has an outlet; a cleaning screen which is put on the floor on one side in the water tank; a separation panel which makes an upward inclined surface from the top end of the cleaning screen toward the other side and which has a penetrating hole on the inclined surface in a vertical direction; a rotating screen which penetrates the penetrating hole and stands up vertically to be combined with an electric motor with a shaft; and a water level sensor which detects the water level in the water tank and which drives the electric motor of the rotating screen. The pre-cleaning filter automatically works when rainwater or heavy water flows in, and can be applied to small rainwater or heavy water treatment facilities. The pre-cleaning filter can prevent a variety of foreign substances or floating matters from sticking to or being stuck in a screen.
본 발명은 우수 또는 중수 처리시설의 초기 유입부에 설치하여 최초 유입되는 우수 또는 중수에 포함된 이물질을 걸러낸 후 우수 또는 중수 처리시설로 이송하는 전처리 여과장치에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 일측 상부에 유입구가 형성되고 타측 하부에 유출구가 형성된 수조; 상기 수조 내부의 일측 바닥에 놓이는 청소 스크린; 상기 청소 스크린의 상단으로부터 타측 방향으로 상향 경사면을 이루면서 상기 경사면 상에 수직방향으로 관통구가 형성된 분리 패널; 상기 관통구를 관통하여 수직방향으로 세워지면서 전동기와 축 결합되는 회전 스크린; 및 상기 수조 내부의 수위를 감지하여 상기 회전 스크린의 전동기를 구동시키는 수위감지 센서;를 포함하여 구성됨에 따라, 우수나 중수의 유입시 자동으로 작동이 이루어지면서도 소규모의 우수 또는 중수 처리시설에 적용 가능하고, 스크린에 각종 이물질이나 부유물이 달라붙거나 끼는 것을 방지하는 입형 자동 회전 스크린을 이용한 우수 또는 중수 전처리 여과장치를 제공하게 된다.
