The present invention relates to an emergency escape door of a fireproof shutter. The emergency escape door (100) is separated into a lower emergency escape door (110) and an upper emergency escape door (120), and only the lower emergency escape door (120) is opened when the lower emergency escape door (110) is opened. Moreover, both the upper and lower emergency escape doors (110, 120) are simultaneously opened when the upper emergency escape door (120) is opened, and hinges (111, 121) of the lower emergency escape door (110) and the upper emergency escape door (120) can maintain a closed state in a case of a free condition by using a spring hinge. Moreover, elasticity of a spring enables the lower emergency escape door (110) to be weaker than the upper emergency escape door (120) to enable the lower emergency escape door to be linked to be opened and closed with the upper emergency escape door, simultaneously, when the upper emergency escape door is used. In addition, only the lower emergency escape door can be opened and closed when the lower emergency escape door is used to allow ordinary persons, the elderly, and the infirm to easily move to a safety zone to escape through the lower emergency escape door.
본 발명은 방화셔터의 비상탈출문에 관한 것으로, 비상탈출문(100)은 하부비상탈출문(110)과 상부비상탈출문(120)으로 분리하여 형성하되, 하부비상탈출문(110)을 열때에는 하부비상탈출문(110)만 열리도록 하고, 상부비상탈출문(120)을 열때에는 상하부비상탈출문(110,120) 모두가 동시에 열릴 수 있도록 함과 동시 하부비상탈출문(110)과 상부비상탈출문(120)의 경첩(111, 121)은 스프링 경첩을 이용하여 자유상태에서 닫힌 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 하되 스프링의 탄성이 상부비상탈출문(120)보다 하부비상탈출문(110)를 약하게 형성하여 상부측 비상탈출문을 사용할 때에는 하부측 비상탈출문이 연동하여 동시에 개폐하도록 하고 하부측 비상탈출문을 사용할 때에는 하부측 비상탈출문만 단독으로 개폐할 수 있도록 하여 일반인은 물론 노약자가 하부측 비상탈출문을 통해 손쉽게 안전지대로 이동하여 대피할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
