The present invention provides a downtown reclamation type multi-purpose observation device. According to the present invention, the observation device is formed to be conveniently connected and fixated to a tubular well embedded in the ground of a downtown without protruding to the surface of the ground of the downtown. Therefore, a sensor of the observation device can measure various information such as electrical conductivity, a hydrogen ion, salinity, density, carbonic acid, or the like in addition to a water level of underground water and a water temperature, and effectively transmit and process the same to a control center through a communication unit without communication problems. Moreover, in the downtown, a negligent accident caused by the observation device protruding on the surface of the ground of a vehicle or a pedestrian can be prevented.
본 발명은 도심지 매립형 다목적 관측장치를 개시한 것으로, 이러한 본 발명은 도심지의 지표면으로 돌출되지 않도록 도심지의 지중에 매설되는 관정에 간편하게 연결 고정하는 관측장치를 구성한 것이며, 이에따라 관측장치의 센서를 통해 지하수 수위 및 수온을 비롯한 전기 전도도, 수소이온, 염도, 밀도, 탄산 등의 각종 정보를 측정하고 이를 통신장애없이 통신부를 통해 관제센터에 효과적으로 전송 처리할 수 있도록 하는 한편, 도심지에서 관측장치의 지표면 돌출로 인한 차량 또는 보행자의 안전사고를 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

본 발명은 도심지 매립형 다목적 관측장치를 개시한 것으로, 이러한 본 발명은 도심지의 지표면으로 돌출되지 않도록 도심지의 지중에 매설되는 관정에 간편하게 연결 고정하는 관측장치를 구성한 것이며, 이에따라 관측장치의 센서를 통해 지하수 수위 및 수온을 비롯한 전기 전도도, 수소이온, 염도, 밀도, 탄산 등의 각종 정보를 측정하고 이를 통신장애없이 통신부를 통해 관제센터에 효과적으로 전송 처리할 수 있도록 하는 한편, 도심지에서 관측장치의 지표면 돌출로 인한 차량 또는 보행자의 안전사고를 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
