The present invention relates to a finger plate for an expansion joint of a bridge. A fixing pipe is fixed to one end of an upper plate, and a support unit inserted into the fixing pipe is formed on the bottom of one side of the finger plate. Until a manager finds fracture or release of an anchor bolt performing a fixing force in the finger plate due to abnormal sound generated when the anchor bolt is fractured or is released, the finger plate for an expansion joint of a bridge delays unexpected separation of the finger plate by the support unit protruding from the bottom of a holding unit. Therefore, the finger plate for an expansion joint of a joint can prevent a secondary accident from occurring due to the separation of the finger plate. According to the present invention, the finger plate for an expansion joint of a bridge compensates a gap between the upper plates by being installed to individually correspond to one end of the upper plates adjacent to a bridge. The at least one or more fixing pipes (400) are fixed to one end of the upper plate. The finger plate (30) includes: the holding unit (310) mounted on one end of the upper plate and having multiple insertion holes (312) in which the multiple anchor bolts are inserted on one side; a finger unit (320) formed on one side of the holding unit (310); and at least one support unit (330) formed on the bottom of the other side of the holding unit (310) and inserted into the fixing pipe (400) at a position corresponding to the fixing pipe (400).
본 발명은 교량 신축이음장치의 핑거플레이트에 관한 것으로서, 상판 일단에 고정관을 고정하고, 핑거플레이트의 일측 저면에 상기 고정관에 삽입되는 지지부를 구성함으로써, 핑거플레이트에 고정력을 발휘하는 앵커볼트가 파단 또는 풀렸을 경우에 발생하는 이상 소리에 의해 관리자가 발견하기 전까지 받침부의 저면에 돌출된 지지부에 의해 상기 핑거플레이트의 임의 탈락을 지연시켜, 상기 핑거플레이트의 탈락에 의한 2차 사고 발생을 방지하도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 교량의 이웃하는 상판들의 일단 각각에 상호 대응되게 설치되어 상판들 사이의 간격을 보상하는 교량 신축이음장치의 핑거플레이트에 있어서, 상기 상판 일단에는 파이프 형상의 고정관(400)이 적어도 하나 이상 고정되고; 상기 핑거플레이트(30)는 상판 일단에 안착되고 일측에 복수의 앵커볼트가 삽입되는 복수의 삽입공(312)이 형성되는 받침부(310)와; 상기 받침부(310)의 일측에 형성되는 핑거부(320); 및 상기 받침부(310)의 타측 저면에 구성되고 상기 고정관(400)에 대응되는 위치에 상기 고정관(400)에 삽입되는 적어도 하나 이상의 지지부(330);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a finger plate for an expansion joint of a bridge. A fixing pipe is fixed to one end of an upper plate, and a support unit inserted into the fixing pipe is formed on the bottom of one side of the finger plate.
