MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SIDEWALK BLOCK USING NATURAL MINERALS AND SIDEWALK BLOCK THEREOF
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sidewalk block that is manufactured by the use of natural agalmatolite containing kaolin mineral, illite, chalcedonic quartz, alunite, diaspore, pyrite, and so on and a sidewalk block that is manufactured by the method. The method for manufacturing a sidewalk block using a natural mineral according to the present invention for achieving the object described above includes: a first mixture manufacturing step of manufacturing a first mixture containing aggregate, silt, and a binding material; a first mixture injection step of injecting the first mixture manufactured in the first mixture manufacturing step into a forming frame; an agalmatolite color separation step of separating the agalmatolite by color; an agalmatolite grinding step of grinding the agalmatolite separated by color in the agalmatolite color separation step; a second mixture manufacturing step of manufacturing a second mixture containing a binding material and the ground agalmatolite with respect to one color selected from the agalmatolite ground in the agalmatolite grinding step; a second mixture stacking step of performing stacking with the second mixture manufactured in the second mixture manufacturing step injected into the forming frame into which the first mixture is injected; a molded body manufacturing step of manufacturing a molded body by pressing the stacked second mixture; and a curing step of curing the molded body.
본 발명은 고령토 광물, 일라이트, 옥수질 석영, 명반석, 다이아스포아(diaspore) 및 황철석 등이 함유된 천연 납석을 이용하여 제조되는 보도 블록의 제조방법 및 그에 의해 제조된 보도 블록에 관한 것이다. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 천연 광물을 이용한 보도 블록의 제조방법은 골재, 세사 및 결합재를 포함하는 제1 혼합물을 제조하는 제1 혼합물 제조단계; 상기 제1 혼합물 제조단계에서 제조된 제1 혼합물을 성형틀에 투입하는 제1 혼합물 투입단계; 납석을 색상별로 분리하는 납석 색상 분리단계; 상기 납석 색상 분리단계에서 색상별로 분리된 납석을 분쇄하는 납석 분쇄단계; 상기 납석 분쇄단계에서 분쇄된 납석 중에서 선택된 하나의 색에 대한 분쇄 납석과 결합재를 포함하는 제2 혼합물을 제조하는 제2 혼합물 제조단계; 상기 제2 혼합물 제조단계를 통해 제조된 상기 제2 혼합물을 상기 제1 혼합물이 투입된 성형틀에 투입하여 적층하는 제2 혼합물 적층단계; 상기 적층된 제2 혼합물을 가압하여 성형체를 제조하는 성형체 제조단계; 및 상기 성형체를 양생하는 양생단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sidewalk block that is manufactured by the use of natural agalmatolite containing kaolin mineral, illite, chalcedonic quartz, alunite, diaspore, pyrite, and so on and a sidewalk block that is manufactured by the method. The method for manufacturing a sidewalk block using a natural mineral according to the present invention for achieving the object described above includes: a first mixture manufacturing step of manufacturing a first mixture containing aggregate, silt, and a binding material; a first mixture injection step of injecting the first mixture manufactured in the first mixture manufacturing step into a forming frame; an agalmatolite color separation step of separating the agalmatolite by color; an agalmatolite grinding step of grinding the agalmatolite separated by color in the agalmatolite color separation step; a second mixture manufacturing step of manufacturing a second mixture containing a binding material and the ground agalmatolite with respect to one color selected from the agalmatolite ground in the agalmatolite grinding step; a second mixture stacking step of performing stacking with the second mixture manufactured in the second mixture manufacturing step injected into the forming frame into which the first mixture is injected; a molded body manufacturing step of manufacturing a molded body by pressing the stacked second mixture; and a curing step of curing the molded body.
본 발명은 고령토 광물, 일라이트, 옥수질 석영, 명반석, 다이아스포아(diaspore) 및 황철석 등이 함유된 천연 납석을 이용하여 제조되는 보도 블록의 제조방법 및 그에 의해 제조된 보도 블록에 관한 것이다. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 천연 광물을 이용한 보도 블록의 제조방법은 골재, 세사 및 결합재를 포함하는 제1 혼합물을 제조하는 제1 혼합물 제조단계; 상기 제1 혼합물 제조단계에서 제조된 제1 혼합물을 성형틀에 투입하는 제1 혼합물 투입단계; 납석을 색상별로 분리하는 납석 색상 분리단계; 상기 납석 색상 분리단계에서 색상별로 분리된 납석을 분쇄하는 납석 분쇄단계; 상기 납석 분쇄단계에서 분쇄된 납석 중에서 선택된 하나의 색에 대한 분쇄 납석과 결합재를 포함하는 제2 혼합물을 제조하는 제2 혼합물 제조단계; 상기 제2 혼합물 제조단계를 통해 제조된 상기 제2 혼합물을 상기 제1 혼합물이 투입된 성형틀에 투입하여 적층하는 제2 혼합물 적층단계; 상기 적층된 제2 혼합물을 가압하여 성형체를 제조하는 성형체 제조단계; 및 상기 성형체를 양생하는 양생단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
