NONSLIP PAD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a nonslip pad installing a through-hole on a metal pad and forming a nonslip surface including a through-hole area in the upper surface part of the metal pad, so as to improve fixation force and durability of a nonslip surface through a structure that nonslip particles fixed on the nonslip surface are filled up to the through-hole and are fixed, and the nonslip particles exposed to the bottom surface of the metal pad through the through-hole are directly bonded on an installation surface, such as stairs, etc., and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the nonslip pad (1) comprises: an iron or stainless steel metal pad (30); and the nonslip surface (35) regularly arranged on at least a part of an area on the metal pad (30). The through-hole (32) is formed in at least a part of a metal pad (30) area including the nonslip surface (35), and the nonslip surface (35) is filled up to the through-hole (32) to be exposed to the bottom surface of the metal pad (30) through the through-hole (32).
본 발명은 금속 패드에 관통홀을 설치하고 금속 패드의 상면부에 관통홀 영역을 포함하는 미끄럼방지면을 구성하여, 미끄럼방지면에 고정되는 미끄럼방지용 입자들이 관통홀까지 채워져 고정되고 관통홀을 통해 금속 패드의 저면으로 노출되는 미끄럼방지용 입자들이 계단 등의 설치면에 직접 접착되는 구조를 통해, 미끄럼방지면의 고정력과 내구성을 증대시킨 미끄럼방지 패드 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 철 또는 스테인리스 금속 패드(30); 및 상기 금속 패드(30) 상의 적어도 일부 면적에 규칙적인 배열로 마련되는 미끄럼 방지면(35);을 구비하는 미끄럼방지 패드(1)로서, 상기 미끄럼 방지면(35)이 마련되는 상기 금속 패드(30) 영역의 적어도 일부분에 관통홀(32)이 마련되고, 상기 미끄럼 방지면(35)은 상기 관통홀(32)에까지 채워져 상기 관통홀(32)을 통해 상기 금속 패드(30)의 저면으로 노출되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
