Window whit collision prevention structure
The present invention relates to a window having a separation prevention structure which, more specifically, comprises: a stopper unit arranged on an upper end frame of a window frame allowing a stopper to selectively be inserted and withdrawn; a damper means snagged by the stopper unit stopping a window when the window is closed by an applied pressure, preventing also the window from colliding with the window frame by moving the window to completely be closed; a sensor arranged on the window frame sensing a certain location of the window closed and opened; and a control unit which senses a signal of the sensor, controls the stopper unit, projects the stopper when sensing the window being closed, and makes the stopper inserted when sensing the window being opened. According to the present invention, when the widow is closed, the stopper is projected and the window is slowly moved. As such, the window having a separation prevention structure is completely closed and is further prevented from colliding with the window frame and being broken. In addition, the window having a separation prevention structure is able to prevent an existing stopper from colliding with the damper means and from being broken by controlling the stopper to be inserted after fixating a location of a moving block when the window is opened.
본 발명은 이탈방지구조를 갖는 창호에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 창틀의 상단프레임에 구비되어 스토퍼가 선택적으로 입출되는 스토퍼부, 가해진 압력에 의해 창문이 닫힐 경우, 상기 스토퍼부에 걸려 정지시킴은 물론, 완전히 닫히도록 이동시켜 창문이 창틀에 충돌되는 것을 방지하기 위한 댐퍼수단, 상기 창틀에 구비되어 닫히거나 열리는 상기 창문의 일정위치를 센싱하기 위한 센서, 및 상기 센서의 신호를 수신하여 상기 스토퍼부를 제어하되, 닫히는 창문을 센싱할 경우, 상기 스토퍼를 돌출시키고, 열리는 창문을 센싱할 경우, 상기 스토퍼를 유입시키는 제어부,를 포함한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 창문이 닫힐 때, 스토퍼가 돌출되어 창문이 천천히 이송됨에 따라, 완전히 닫힘은 물론, 창문이 창틀에 충돌되어 파손되는 것을 방지하고, 창문이 열릴 때, 댐퍼수단의 이동블럭의 위치를 고정시킨 후, 스토퍼가 유입되도록 제어하여 종래 스토퍼가 댐퍼수단에 충돌하여 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
