SMC Water tank with a water breakers panel unit and water breakers panel unit installation method
The present invention relates to an SMC water tank and, more specifically, to a fire fighting SMC water tank including a breakwater panel unit for preventing shock caused by sloshing, and a method for installing a breakwater panel unit. A breakwater panel unit is formed in a water tank, a plurality of breakwater panels are arranged and formed in a cross type, shock about severe sloshing generated in the water tank, when an external shock such as earthquake occurs, is effectively dispersed, and dregs caused by breakage and partial damage to the water tank are prevented from occurring, such as minimizing the shock applied to a side wall portion and a ceiling portion of the SMC water tank according to thereto. In addition, in forming the breakwater panel units, each breakwater panel is allowed to have a bolting assembly structure and a support reinforcement structure using a steel rod between the breakwater panel and the side wall portion of the water tank even while applying the same standard as that of a bottom panel. Accordingly, workability based on improvement of an assembly structure is improved, structural stability is secured, and durability of the SMC water tank is improved.
본 발명은 SMC물탱크에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 물탱크의 내부에 방파판유닛을 형성하되, 다수의 방파판을 십자형으로 배열 형성함으로써, 지진 등의 외부 충격이 발생시 물탱크 내부에서 발생되는 심한 슬로싱에 대한 충격을 효과적으로 분산시키게 하며, 이에 따른 SMC물탱크의 측벽부 및 천정부에 전해지는 충격을 최소화시키는 등 물탱크의 파손과 부분 훼손으로 인한 잔재의 발생을 방지하며, 또한, 방파판유닛을 형성함에 있어, 각각의 방파판을 저면판넬과 동일한 규격을 적용하면서도 볼팅 조립구조와 방파판과 물탱크의 측벽부와의 강봉을 이용한 지지 보강 구조를 가지게 함으로써, 조립구조의 개선에 따른 작업성의 향상과 구조적인 안정성이 확보되게 하는 등 SMC물탱크의 내구성 향상을 가져오게 하기 위한 슬로싱에 의한 충격방지용 방파판유닛을 갖는 소방용 SMC물탱크 및 방파판유닛 설치방법에 관한 것이다.
