The present invention relates to a Mastic Asphalt production system using a feeder, a feeder therefor, and a Mastic Asphalt production method using the feeder. The present invention dualizes a process of producing general asphalt concrete (ASCON) and a process of melting and fusing additive, such that general ASCON is able to be produced by general-use installment, and that the additive melting and fusing process is able to be produced by an on-site installment of a mobile feeder. While the additive melted and fused with general ASCON is stirred and heated to thereby produce Mastic Asphalt meeting a Luer fluidity standard.
본 발명은 Feeder공급 장치를 이용한 Mastic Asphalt 생산 시스템 및 이를 위한 Feeder공급 장치 및 Feeder공급 장치를 이용한 Mastic Asphalt 생산방법에 관한 것으로 일반아스콘생산과, 첨가제 용융을 2원화함으로써 일반아스콘은 범용성의 설비에 의해 생산가능하고, 그리고 첨가제 용융은 이동식 Feeder공급 장치의 현장설치에 의해 가능한 한편, 일반아스콘과 용융된 첨가제가 이동 중 Cooker에 의해 교반ㆍ가열되면서 Luer 유동성 기준치에 만족되는 Mastic Asphalt를 생산 가능한 발명이다.
