Pavement method using the elastic paving cork chips and luminous stone
The present invention relates to a pavement method for an elastic flooring material made from natural materials and, more specifically, relates to a pavement method using elastic paving cork chips and luminous stones which paves an elastic flooring material using cork chips which are natural materials; improves adhesiveness of the cork chips; suppresses moisture expansion; minimizes deformation as it is not influenced by an external environment; allows the cork chips to naturally be combined with luminous stones; and improves elasticity, insulation, and visibility. In addition, the present invention is able to form a cool surface which reduces the phenomenon of urban heat island; develops underground water without causing burns to plants; allows a user to lead a healthy life with exposure to negative ions and far-infrared radiation, which are emitted by natural materials; minimizes discoloration and deformation due to an external environment; constantly keeps elasticity without damaging a fine view; prevents environmental pollution; secures visibility at night by pulling and combining luminous stones; and improves stability and improves the fine view at the same time. The method of the present invention comprises: a step of making a protruding surface to prevent pushing; a step of manufacturing a mixture; a step of compressing and flattening; and a step of spreading luminous stones, and compressing and flattening.
본 발명은 천연소재의 탄성 바닥재를 포장하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게 설명하면, 천연소재인 코르크 칩을 이용하여 탄성 바닥재를 포장하되, 코르크 칩의 상호 접착력을 향상시키고, 수분팽창을 억제시키며, 외부환경에 영향을 받지 않아 변형을 최소화할 뿐만 아니라, 상기 코르크 칩에 축광석이 자연스럽게 결합될 수 있도록 함으로써, 탄성, 보온성 및 시인성을 향상시킬 수 있는 탄성 포장용 코르크 칩과 축광석을 이용한 포장방법에 관한 기술분야가 개시된다. 또한, 본 발명은 도심 열섬 현상을 줄이는 상온 표면(cool surface)을 형성하여 식물에 열상을 초래하지 않고 원활한 투수로 지하수를 함양하며 천연소재에서 방출하는 음이온과 원적외선의 영향으로 건강한 생활을 영위할 수 있게 하는 효과와, 외부환경에 의해 변색 및 변형 등을 최소화하여 미관을 해치지 않고 지속적으로 탄성을 유지하며 환경오염을 방지할 수 있는 효과 및 축광석을 포설하여 결합함으로써 야간에 시인성을 확보하여 안정석을 향상킴과 동시에 미관을 개선할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
