Precast concrete hollow core slab and manufacturing method of the same
The present invention comprises: a precast concrete slab; a hollow member placed inside the precast concrete slab; and a combination unit combined with the hollow member, and reclaimed in the slab to fixate a position of the hollow member in the slab. The combination unit comprises: a through member vertically erected to be penetrated by the hollow member of which an end or a side is reclaimed in the precast concrete slab; and a curved part integrated with the end, exposed from the through member, to prevent floating of the hollow member, being vertically or inclinedly curved. As such, the present invention is capable of preventing the floating of the hollow member even if concrete is placed; stably secures a hollow position by stably fixating a position of the hollow member; and has economical properties by fixating the position and preventing floating of the hollow member with a simple structure and work.
본 발명은 프리캐스트 콘크리트 슬래브, 프리캐스트 콘크리트 슬래브의 내부에 위치하는 중공부재 및 중공부재와 결합하고 슬래브에 매립되어 슬래브 내에서 중공부재의 위치를 고정하는 결속수단을 포함하고, 결속수단은, 수직한 방향으로 세워져 중공부재가 관통되어 끼워지며, 중공구배로부터 노출되는 단부 또는 측부는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 슬래브에 매립되는 관통부재와, 중공부재의 부상을 방지하도록 관통부재로부터 노출되는 단부와 일체로 결합하고 수평한 방향으로 또는 경사지게 절곡 형성된 절곡부를 포함하는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 중공슬래브을 제공한다. 따라서 콘크리트가 타설되더라도 중공부재의 부상을 방지하고 중공부재의 위치를 안정적으로 고정시켜 중공위치를 안정적으로 확보할 수 있으며, 구조가 간단하고 간단한 작업만으로도 중공부재의 부상을 방지하고 위치를 고정시킬 수 있어 경제적이다.
