4 Open the hood to open port port reduction for assists 4 hood hinge
The present invention provides an opening effort assisting-four jointed hood hinge. A driven link part including a first link rotated based on a center and a second link rotated based on a tip of one side thereof is coupled to the rear end of a hood coupling device coupled to the rear end of the hood of a vehicle, thereby allowing a hinge operation. A driving link part has a third link and a fourth link to be configured to rotate together to generate an elastic force causing separation by a spring. An end of one side of the fourth link is rotatable in a fixed state on the lower front part of the side of the mounting frame, and an end of the third link is coupled to one side of the first link to be rotated. When the hood is closed, the first link is rotated in a clockwise direction by the elastic force generated from the driving link part to apply force in a direction that the hood is closed such that the first link is in close contact with a damper installed on an upper part of a placing part to maintain a firmly closed state. When the hood is opened at a predetermined angle or more, the first link is rotated in a counter-clockwise direction to transfer the elastic force to allow the hood to be easily opened, and when the hood is completely opened, a stopper is in close contact with the second link to maintain a completely opened state of the hood without a separate holding means.
본 발명은 중심을 기준으로 회전하는 제1링크와 일측 끝을 기준으로 회전하는 제2링크로 구성되는 종동링크부와 차량의 후드 후단에 결합되는 후드결합구의 후단을 결합하여 힌지동작 할 수 있도록 하고, 제3링크와 제4링크가 결합되어 회전할 수 있도록 형성되어 스프링에 의해 벌어지려는 탄성력을 발생하도록 구성된 구동링크부를 제4링크의 일측 끝단은 장착프레임 측면의 전면하부에 고정된 상태로 회전할 수 있도록 하고, 제3링크의 끝단은 제1링크의 일측과 결합되어 회전할 수 있도록 구성하여, 구동링크부에서 발생하는 탄성력이 후드가 닫혀있는 경우 제1링크를 시계방향으로 회전시켜 후드가 닫히는 방향으로 힘을 가하여 제1링크가 안착부의 상부에 설치된 댐퍼에 완전히 밀착되어 견고하게 닫힌 상태를 유지하도록 하고, 후드가 일정각도 이상으로 열리게 되면 제1링크를 반시계방향으로 회전시켜 후드를 쉽게 열 수 있도록 탄성력을 전달하되, 후드가 완전히 개방되면 제2링크의 후단에 스톱퍼가 밀착되어 별도의 거치수단 없이 후드의 완전개방상태를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention provides an opening effort assisting-four jointed hood hinge.
