METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GUARD-RAIL POST AND THE GUARD-RAIL POST MANUFACTURED BY THE METHOD
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a guard rail formed to increase flexural strength by forming a predetermined groove and delaying local buckling of a compression surface and a guard rail manufactured by the same. Specifically, according to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a guard rail includes: (a) a step of placing a board inside; (b) a step of forming the placed board in the form of - to be a board in the form of _┌┐_ and rolling both ends of the board to be a circle in which the both ends of the board face each other; (c) a step of welding both ends of the board rolled in the step (b) and manufacturing the both ends in a pipe shape; a step of cutting the board manufactured in the pipe shape in the step (c) at fixed intervals by plasma cutting; (e) a step of punching multiple holes on one side of the board which is cut and manufacturing the guard rail; and (f) a step of loading the guard rail.
본 발명은 소정의 홈을 형성함으로써 압축면의 국부 좌굴을 지연시켜 휨강도를 증가시킬 수 있는 형태로 구성되는 가드레일 제조방법 및 그 제조방법으로 제조되는 가드레일에 관한 것이다.구체적으로 본 발명은, (a)판재를 투입하는 단계; (b)투입된 판재를 '─' 형태에서 '──' 형태의 판재로 포밍 성형하고, 상기 판재의 양단이 서로 마주하는 원형이 되도록 말아내는 단계; (c)상기 (b)단계에서 말려진 판재의 양단을 용접하여 파이프 형상으로 제조하는 단계; (d)상기 (c)단계의 파이프 형상으로 제조된 판재를 플라즈마 절단을 통해 일정 간격으로 절단하는 단계; (e)절단된 판재 일측에 다수의 홀을 타공하여 가드레일을 제조하는 단계; 및 (f)상기 가드레일을 적재하는 단계;로 이루어지는, 가드레일 제조방법 및 그 제조방법으로 제조된 가드레일에 관한 것이다.
