The present invention relates to a waterproof construction method of a building rooftop slab, comprising: (a) a step of forming a primer layer by coating a primer on a surface of the slab; (b) a step of forming an asphalt layer by coating uniformly a liquid asphalt on an upper part of the primer layer; (c) a step of building a number of waterproof sheets where a silica layer is integrally formed on a surface of a part thereof while separating the waterproof sheets from each other; (d) a step of filling the liquid asphalt between the waterproof sheet and an adjacent waterproof sheet; (e) a step of attaching an asphalt tape to a connection part of the waterproof sheet; (f) a step of forming a reinforcing layer on an upper part of the asphalt tape; and (g) a step of spraying silica on an upper part of the reinforcing layer at a same height as the silica layer, forming a coating layer by coating a coating agent. The waterproof sheet is able to maximize waterproof ability, durability, and convenience of construction comprising: an asphalt compound layer; a fiber layer stacked on an upper part of the asphalt compound layer, and impregnated with a synthetic resin; and the synthetic resin impregnated on an upper part of the fiber layer.
본 발명은 건물 옥상 슬라브의 방수시공방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 슬라브의 표면에 프라이머를 도포하여 프라이머층을 형성하는 단계와, (b) 상기 프라이머층의 상부에 액상 아스팔트를 균일하게 도포하여 아스팔트층을 형성하는 단계와, (c) 일측 표면에 규사층이 일체로 형성된 다수의 방수시트를 상기 아스팔트층의 상부에 서로 이격하여 부설하는 단계와, (d) 상기 방수시트와 인접한 방수시트 사이에 액상 아스팔트를 충진하는 단계와, (e) 상기 방수시트의 연결부에 아스팔트테이프를 부착하는 단계와, (f) 상기 아스팔트테이프의 상부에 강화층을 형성하는 단계 및 (g) 상기 강화층의 상부에 상기 규사층과 동일한 높이로 규사를 살포하고, 코팅제를 도포하여 코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 방수시트는 아스팔트 컴파운드층과, 상기 아스팔트 컴파운드층의 상부에 적층되며, 합성수지가 함침되는 섬유층 및 상기 섬유층의 상부에 함침되는 합성수지를 포함하여 방수 성능, 내구성, 시공 편의성을 극대화할 수 있는 건물 옥상 슬라브의 방수시공방법을 제공한다.
