Pavement Composition for grooving and grooving construction method using the Composition
The present invention relates to a composition for reinforcing and strengthening grooved surfaces on pavement using a super high strength polymer resin, and to a construction method using the same. The composition contains 50-97 wt% of the super high strength polymer resin and 3-50 wt% of a supplementary agent. The supplementary agent is at least one selected from a group consisting of a filler, an aggregate, and a pigment. According to the present invention, the composition prevents breakage and dent on edges of the grooved surfaces as well as reduction in lifespan of the pavement due to infiltration of pollutants such as calcium chloride into a lateral side of grooves formed by grooving operation and pores on the surfaces, thereby allowing groove functions to last long.
본 발명은 초고강도 폴리머수지를 이용한 도로의 그루빙 표면강화 및 보강을 위한 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 초고강도 폴리머수지 50~97중량% 및 보충제 3~50중량%를 포함하되, 상기 보충제는 충진제, 골재 및 안료로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 도로 그루빙의 모서리 함몰 및 파손을 방지하고, 표면의 공극 및 그루빙 작업으로 인하여 생긴 홈의 측면으로 염화칼슘 등의 오염물질이 침투하여 도로의 수명을 단축시키는 것을 방지하고, 그루빙의 기능을 장기간 유지 및 지속 가능하게 하는 장점이 있다.
