PLATE ASSEMBLING DEVICE FOR LEVER TYPE DOORLOCK
The present invention relates to a plate assembling device for a lever type door lock, capable of maximizing production efficiency and maintaining excellent quality by mechanically supplying and connecting a spring washer and a snap ring while minimum number of workers supply an inner plate and a lever spring. The plate assembling device for a lever type door lock includes: a frame formed in a table shape; a plate supply unit installed on the upper surface of the frame to supply the inner plate to which a lever spindle is connected to one side by one pitch; a spring supply unit installed at a middle position of the plate supply unit and connecting the lever spring to the lever spindle and the inner plate; a spring washer supply unit installed in the rear of the plate supply unit and in the right of the spring supply unit and connecting the spring washer to the lever spindle connected to the lever spring by aligning the spring washer; and a snap ring supply unit installed in the right of the spring washer supply unit and connecting the snap ring to an end of a lever cylinder.
본 발명은 최소한의 작업자가 내측플레이트와 레버스프링을 공급하면 스프링와셔와 스냅링의 공급과 결합을 기계적으로 수행하게 되므로 생산효율성을 극대화할 수 있으면서 우수한품질을 유지할 수 있도록 한 것으로서; 테이블 형태로 구비되는 프레임과, 상기 프레임의 상면에 일측에 레버스핀들이 결합된 내측플레이트를 한 피치씩 피공급하도록 설치하는 플레이트공급부와, 상기 플레이트공급부의 중도위치에 설치하여 레버스핀들과 내측플레이트에 레버스프링을 결합시키는 스프링공급부와, 상기 플레이트공급부의 후방과 스프링공급부의 우측방에 설치하여 스프링와셔를 정렬하여 레버스프링이 결합된 레버스핀들에 결합시키는 스프링와셔공급부와, 상기 스프링와셔공급부의 우측방에 설치하여 스냅링을 레버실린더의 끝단에 결합시키기 위한 스냅링공급부를 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
