The present invention provides a self-propelled watchtower capable of moving in a self-propelled manner without an additional carrying vehicle; enable a user and a lifeguard to frequently move to a desired location and use the same; enable a moving car under the same to be supported in a stable condition on a beach; enable the lifeguard to perform monitoring in a comfortable condition by adjusting, in a horizontal position, a monitoring unit having a chair fixated and installed thereon; and maximize functionality of a watchtower by enabling the lifeguard to move an upper plate having the chair to a plate at a high level using an elevation means. The self-propelled watchtower is installed in a place such as a seashore or a field for surveillance, monitoring, viewing, and safety comprising: the moving cart which has a caterpillar moving in a self-propelled manner; the elevation means installed in an upper side of the moving cart; and a monitoring unit installed in an upper side of the elevation means, including the upper plate having the chair to allow the lifeguard to seat on the same.
본 발명은 망루를 별도의 운반차량 없이 자주식으로 이동할 수 있도록 함으로 해서 조수간만의 차가 심한 해안에서도 안전요원이 필요한 위치로 수시로 이동하면서 사용이 가능하며, 모래사장에서 하부의 이동대차가 안정된 상태로 지지되게 하고, 의자가 고정설치되어 있는 감시부를 수평상태로 조절하여 안전요원이 편안한 상태로 감시 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 하며, 또한 승강수단을 이용하여 의자가 구비된 상판을 고소로 이동시킴으로 해서 망루 본연의 기능성을 극대화 할 수 있게 한 자주식 망루를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 본 발명은 경계, 감시, 조망, 안전 등을 위해 해안이나 들판과 같은 장소에 설치되는 자주식 망루에 있어서, 캐터필러가 설치되어 자주식으로 이동하는 이동대차와; 상기 이동대차의 상측으로 설치된 승강수단과; 상기 승강수단의 상측으로 설치되며 상부에 안전요원이 착좌할 수 있는 의자가 구비된 상판을 포함하는 감시부로 구성한 것을 것이다.
