Interior and exterior of the building panel fasteners
The present invention relates to a device for fixating inner and outer panels of a building and, more specifically, to a device for fixating inner and outer panels of a building wherein a bracket is installed on the inner wall or the outer wall of the building at a predetermined interval with an anchor bolt and a nut for fastening the anchor bolt. A panel fixating plate connector and a panel fixating plate are successively installed in the bracket with a bolt and a nut. The inner panel or the outer panel is installed in an end of the panel fixating plate to be separated. The bracket is formed of a steel plate into a U shape wherein both lateral plates and a bottom plate are integrally formed. Transverse V-shaped grooves are formed in rear parts of both lateral plates, thus a pair of upper legs and a pair of lower legs are formed on the top and the underside of the bracket, respectively. Bracket fixating plate supporting protrusions wherein a bracket fixating plate of a rectangular plate shape is locked are formed on front upper parts of both lateral plates in a vertical direction. The panel fixating plate is installed on a top surface of a front part of the bottom plate with a bolt and a nut to be separated, thus the panel fixating plate connector can be omitted. Accordingly, the device for fixating the inner and outer panels of the building is capable of reducing product manufacturing costs, preventing deformation even though loads of the inner and outer panels, which are relatively heavy, are focused on the lower legs, and simply, rapidly, and durably install the inner panel or the outer panel.
본 발명은 건축물의 내,외장패널 고정장치에 관한 것으로 특히, 앵커 볼트와 앵커볼트 결합용 너트를 이용하여 흡음겸 단열재가 설치된 건축물의 내벽 또는 외벽에 브라켓들을 정해진 간격을 두고 고정 설치하고, 상기 브라켓에는 볼트와 너트를 이용하여 패널 고정판 연결구와 패널 고정판을 순차적으로 설치하며, 상기 패널 고정판의 단부에는 내장 또는 외장패널을 착탈 가능하게 설치하도록 구성된 건축물의 내,외장패널 고정장치에 있어서, 상기 브라켓을 철판을 이용하여 양측판과 저판이 일체로 구비된 "┗┛" 형상으로 절곡 성형하되, 상기 양측판의 후방부에는 ">" 형상의 홈을 형성시켜 상,하부에 각각 한 쌍의 상부 및 하부 다리를 형성하고, 상기 양측판의 전면 상부에서 수직방향으로는 직사각 판체 형상을 갖는 브라켓 고정판이 걸려지는 브라켓 고정판 지지턱을 형성하며, 상기 패널 고정판은 상기 저판의 전방부 상면에 볼트와 너트를 통해 착탈 가능하게 설치하여 패널 고정판 연결구의 사용을 배제할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다.따라서, 제품의 생산원가를 절감할 수 있고, 비교적 중량체인 내,외장패널들의 하중이 하부 다리에 집중적으로 가해져도 변형의 우려가 없으며, 내장 또는 외장패널을 보다 간편하고 신속, 견고하게 설치할 수 있다.
