The present invention relates to a high-grade guss asphalt composition including: 5 to 50 parts by weight of styrene-isoprene-styrene; 5 to 50 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene-styrene; 10 to 30 parts by weight of vinyl ester resin, polyester resin, acryl resin, epoxy resin, acryl-epoxy resin, urethane resin, or polymer resin of at least one selected therefrom; 10 to 1,000 parts by weight of aggregate; 1 to 20 parts by weight of thermo-sensitive reinforcing agent; 10 to 60 parts by weight of filler; 10 to 40 parts by weight of nano ceramic particles; 1 to 15 parts by weight of surfactant; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of antioxidant; 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of stabilizer; 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of performance improving agent; 2 to 20 parts by weight of fiber; 10 to 50 parts by weight of adhesive resin; 2 to 10 parts by weight of anti-sagging agent; and 1 to 5 parts by weight of compatibilizer with respect to 100 parts by weight of natural asphalt mixture. The high-grade guss asphalt composition according to the present invention provides the high-grade guss asphalt composition that has a high performance grade of PG 82-34 and a construction method using the same.
본 발명은 천천연 아스팔트 혼합물 100중량부 기준으로, 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 5 내지 50중량부; 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 5 내지 50중량부; 비닐에스테르 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 아크릴 수지, 에폭시 수지, 아크릴-에폭시 수지, 우레탄 수지 또는 이들로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상인 고분자 수지 10 내지 30중량부; 골재 10 내지 1,000중량부; 감온성 보강제 1 내지 20중량부; 충진제 10 내지 60중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 10 내지 40중량부; 계면활성제 1 내지 15중량부; 산화방지제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 안정제 0.5 내지 5중량부; 성능개선제 0.5 내지 10중량부; 파이버 2 내지 20중량부; 점착성 수지 10 내지 50중량부; 흐름 방지제 2 내지 10중량부; 및 상용화제 1 내지 5중량부를 포함하는 고등급 구스 아스팔트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 고등급 구스 아스팔트 조성물은 PG 등급성능이 고등급(PG 82-34)인 공용성 등급의 고등급 구스 아스팔트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법을 제공한다.
