The present invention relates to a heat radiation panel for painting a vehicle, and more specifically, to a heat radiation panel for drying a vehicle with the whole painted portion or a damaged and then painted portion which comprises: a lower support; a support which stands on the lower support; a frame which is arranged to be capable of location change on the support; and a heat radiation panel which is installed on the frame and has an infrared ray lamp generating infrared rays to dry a painted surface of a locally damaged side of the vehicle. The heat radiation panel for painting a vehicle also comprises: a radiation unit which has a plate side unit formed in a center on one side of a semi-circular plate unit in a lengthwise direction, heat radiation plates formed on one upper and lower side of the flat side unit, and insertion groove units which are formed on the other side and correspond to the flat side unit and the heat radiation plates; a heater unit which is inserted and joined to the insertion groove unit of the radiation unit and provides heat to the radiation unit; a rear side case which has protrusions formed on both lateral sides to enable both end portions of the radiation unit to be mounted and joined, has a space unit formed therein, and is fixated to a wall surface or the support; an insulation material which is installed in a space unit of the rear side case and induces heat, dissipated by a heater unit, to a front side; and a lateral side cover unit which is formed on a lateral side of the rear side case and encloses the inside.

본 발명에서는 소음이 유입되도록 소음 유입구가 일정한 간격을 두고 다수 형성된 전면판; 상기 전면판과 일정한 간격을 두고 구비된 후면판; 상기 전면판의 소음 유입구를 통해 유입되는 소음의 방향과 수직으로 나란하게 일정한 간격을 두고 상기 전면판과 상기 후면판 사이에 구비된 제1공명판; 상기 제1공명판들 사이에 구비되되, 소음이 유입되는 전방으로부터 후방을 향해 갈수록 점차 가운데 부분의 폭이 좁아지는 경사면으로 형성되고, 가운데 부분에 제1슬릿이 형성된 제1회절판; 상기 제1회절판과 일정한 간격을 두고 상기 제1공명판들 사이에 구비되되, 소음이 유입되는 전방으로부터 후방을 향해 갈수록 점차 가운데 부분의 폭이 좁아지는 경사면으로 형성되고, 가운데 부분에 제2슬릿이 형성된 제2회절판; 상기 제1회절판과 상기 제2회절판 사이에 구비되되, 상기 제1회절판의 제1슬릿을 통해 유입되는 소음을 상기 제1공명판을 향해 후방으로 안내하도록 소음이 유입되는 전방으로부터 후방을 향해 갈수록 점차 폭이 넓어지는 경사면으로 형성되고, 상기 제1공명판과 마주하는 단부에 제3슬릿이 형성된 제3회절판; 및 상기 제1공명판들 사이와 상기 제2슬릿을 분할하도록 상기 제3회절판의 가운데 부분과 상기 후면판 사이에 구비된 제2공명판을 포함하는 방음판을 개시한다.
