GRINDING AID COMPOSITION FOR CEMENT CLINKER

The present invention is a grinding aid composition used in a grinding process of cement clinker. According to the present invention, the grinding aid is a nitrogen-phosphorus compound in which the phosphorus is added to nitrogen by the medium of methylene, and more specifically, is divided into EDTMP, ATMP, and DTPMP according to the number of nitrogen and the number of added phosphorous acids. The nitrogen-phosphorous compound can be used alone or in combination, and can be used by adding a water-soluble glycol and an ethylene amine-based compound. The grinding aid according to the present invention enhances the long-term compression strength of cement, thereby reducing energy consumption and improving fineness, by preventing the cohesion between particles in the grinding process of clinker.

본 발명은 시멘트 클링커의 분쇄공정에서 사용하는 분쇄조제 조성물이다. 본 발명에 따른 분쇄조제는 메틸렌을 매개로 질소에 인이 부가된 형태의 질소-인화합물로서, 보다 구체적으로 질소의 개수와 부가된 인산의 개수에 따라 EDTMP, ATMP, DTPMP로 나뉜다. 질소-인 화합물은 단독으로 또는 혼합하여 사용할 수 있으며, 수용성 글리콜류 및 에틸렌 아민계 화합물을 첨가하여 사용할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 분쇄조제는 시멘트의 장기 압축강도를 향상시키며, 클링커 분쇄공정에서 입자들 사이의 응집을 방지하여 에너지 소모량을 줄이고 분말도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
