Spring pre-tension keeping system of roll shade
The present invention relates to a pretension limiting device for a spring of a roll blind and, more specifically, to a pretension limiting device for a spring of a roll blind enabling the complete upward and downward movement of a screen by limiting the tension of a spring set through a predetermined number of times of rotation at the same position at all times to apply the accurate tension to the roll blind, obtaining a high economic value by being applied to all blinds wherein the spring is installed, enabling a product wherein an adjustment of the tension of the spring is not necessary, and facilitating the installation and separation of the blind to/from a bracket with a new structure. The pretension limiting device for the spring of the roll blind includes: a rotary shaft having a screw thread with a predetermined length wherein a limiting protrusion is formed on an outer circumference in one side and a fixing groove in the other end; a limiting nut positioned and coupled to the limiting protrusion formed on the end of the screw-thread not to move forward while being screw-joined to the screw-thread of the rotary shaft; a limiting body with a fixing protrusion wherein a shaft insertion hole is formed, and the spring is connected and fixated to an outer circumference and a fixing clip; and the spring of which one end is fixated and installed in the fixing protrusion, and the other end is coupled to the fixing groove. The pretension limiting device for the spring of the roll blind limits the pretension of the spring by applying the preset pretension to the spring by rotating the limiting body inserted into an outer surface of the rotary shaft wherein the spring is connected and fixated and then coupling the spring to the limiting nut.
본 발명은 롤 블라인드의 스프링 장력 사전 구속 장치에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 일정 횟수 회전을 통해 정해진 스프링의 장력 텐션 값을 항상 동일한 위치에 구속하여 롤 블라인드에 정확한 장력 값이 적용되어 스크린의 상, 하 작동이 완벽하게 이루어지며, 스프링이 설치되는 모든 블라인드에 적용되어 경제적 가치가 매우 높고, 공장에서 롤 스크린 원단의 사이즈와 무게에 따라서 스프링의 장력을 조절할 필요가 없는 제품을 제공하고, 또 새로운 브래킷 구조를 통해 브래킷 자체에서 블라인드를 쉽고 간편하게 설치 및 분리할 수 있는 것이다. 이는 한쪽 외주면에 구속 턱이 형성된 일정 길이의 나사산을 형성하고 다른 쪽 끝단에 고정홈을 갖는 회전축과; 상기 회전축의 나사산에 구속 너트를 나사 결합하되, 나사산의 끝에 형성된 구속 턱에 위치시켜 더이상 전진하지 못하게 체결되는 구속 너트와; 내부에 축 삽입공이 형성되고 외주면에 스프링이 연결, 고정되는 고정턱 및 고정클립이 형성된 구속 몸체와; 한쪽 끝은 구속 몸체의 고정턱에 고정 설치되고, 다른 쪽 끝은 회전축의 고정홈에 체결되는 스프링과; 상기 회전축의 외면에 삽입되며, 스프링이 연결 고정된 구속 몸체를 회전시켜 스프링에 일정한 사전 장력 값을 부여한 후에 구속 너트에 체결하여 스프링의 사전장력을 구속하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
