HIGH VACCUM ROAD SWEEPING VEHICLE PROVIDE WITH DUST COLLECTING FILTER MODULE
The present invention provides a high-vacuum road surface cleaning vehicle with a dust collection filter module. The vehicle comprises: a main loading part absorbing foreign substances from a road surface, and stored through an inflow tube; an upper filter member formed on a ceiling of the main loading part, and formed to filter foreign substances in the air in the main loading part; a side wall dividing sub loading parts of independent space into both sides of the main loading part; a side flow hole bored on a part of the side wall guiding air of the main loading part to the sub loading parts; a dust collection filter including a hollow hole in a longitudinal direction to filter foreign substances in the air, going through the side flow hole; and a deflector placed between the dust collection filter and the side wall, inducing a flow of air going through the side flow hole to a bottom. As such, the present invention is capable of improving and inducing the flow of the air going through the side flow hole to the bottom; thereby being capable of improving operational efficiency of the filter.
본 발명은 노면의 이물질이 흡입되고, 유입관을 통하여 수용되는 메인 적재부, 상기 메인 적재부의 천장에 형성되고, 상기 메인 적재부 내의 공기 중 이물질을 걸러내도록 형성되는 상측 필터 부재, 상기 메인 적재부의 양측에 독립적인 공간의 보조 적재부가 각각 형성되도록 구획하는 측벽, 상기 측벽의 일부가 천공되고 상기 메인 적재부의 공기를 상기 보조 적재부로 안내하는 측벽 유동홀, 상기 측벽 유동홀을 통과하는 공기 중의 이물질을 필터링하기 위하여 내부에 길이 방향을 따른 중공을 갖는 집진 필터 및 상기 집진 필터와 상기 측벽 사이에 배치되고, 상기 측벽 유동홀을 통과하는 공기의 흐름을 하측으로 유도하는 디플렉터를 포함하는, 집진 필터 모듈을 구비하는 고진공 노면 청소차를 제공한다.
