TUNNEL CLEANER CAPABLE OF TURNING OVER AND MOVING HORIZONTALLY
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a tunnel cleaner includes: a front frame mounted on the front part of a vehicle; a slider which is installed to move in a horizontal direction along the front frame; a rotor which is installed on the upper end of the slider and is installed to rotate around a rotary shaft in a direction perpendicular to the ground surface; an arm member which is pivotally connected to an upper end of the rotor and has an end connected to multiple cylinders to enable the movement of two or more joints by using the reciprocating movement of the cylinders; a brush assembly which is connected to the other end of the arm member and includes a brush rotational shaft for rotating multiple brush bristles formed on the outer peripheral surface; an eccentric member which connects the arm member and the brush assembly while having first and second eccentric shafts arranged to be parallel; a brush support frame formed on a surface of the brush assembly facing the eccentric member; a cylinder bracket fixed and connected to the brush support frame; a cylinder pivot shaft penetrating the cylinder bracket; and a pivot cylinder pivoting around the cylinder pivot shaft. An end of the plunger reciprocatively moving along the inner peripheral surface of the pivot cylinder is pivotally supported by the first eccentric shaft. The brush assembly is rotated around the second eccentric shaft. Accordingly, the tunnel cleaner can move horizontally and move up and down.
본 발명의 일 실시예는 차량의 전방에 장착되는 전방 프레임, 상기 전방 프레임을 따라 수평 이동되도록 설치되는 슬라이더, 상기 슬라이더의 상단에 설치되되, 지면과 수직한 방향을 회전축으로 하여 회전 가능하도록 설치되는 회전체, 상기 회전체의 상단에 피벗 연결되고, 복수의 실린더의 왕복운동에 의해 적어도 2관절 이상으로 관절 운동되도록 일단이 연결되는 암 부재, 상기 암 부재의 타단에 연결되고, 외주면에 형성되는 복수의 브러시 모를 회전시키는 브러시 회전축을 구비하는 브러시 어셈블리, 상기 암 부재와 상기 브러시 어셈블리를 연결하되, 상호 평행하게 배치되는 제1 편심축과 제2 편심축을 갖는 편심 부재, 상기 브러시 어셈블리의 상기 편심 부재를 마주보는 면에 형성되는 브러시 지지 프레임, 상기 브러시 지지 프레임에 고정 연결되는 실린더 브래킷, 상기 실린더 브래킷을 관통하는 실린더 피벗 축 및 상기 실린더 피벗 축을 중심으로 피벗되는 피벗 실린더를 포함하고, 상기 피벗 실린더의 내주면을 따라 왕복 운동하는 플런저의 단부는 상기 제1 편심축에 의해 피벗 지지되고, 상기 브러시 어셈블리는 상기 제2 편심축을 중심으로 회전되는, 상하 반전과 수평 이동이 가능한 터널 청소기를 제공한다.

The brush assembly is rotated around the second eccentric shaft. Accordingly, the tunnel cleaner can move horizontally and move up and down.
