The present invention relates to a sewage maintaining robot capable of improving performance and a function thereof by crushing attached substances deposited and solidified for a long time among various kinds of foreign materials generated inside sewage to remove. A frame fixating housing (200) is formed in a body frame (100) including front wheels (150) and rear wheels (160). A rotary inner housing (300) and a joint unit (400) are formed inside the frame fixating housing (200). A work head unit (1000) is mounted in a head unit coupling unit (500) formed at a part away from the joint unit (400) at a predetermined distance in a front side. A transverse adjusting device (700), a vertical adjusting device (800), and a rotation adjusting device (900) are installed between an arm plate (600), the joint unit (400), and the inner housing (300). An autonomous air pressure generating means (1100) is installed inside the inner housing (300). A flexible hose (1200a) is connected between the autonomous air pressure generating means (1100) and the work head unit (1000). A hammer operating cylinder (1210) and an inner piston-type hammer (1200) of the hammer operating cylinder (1210) are installed in the head unit (100). A crushing impacting pin (1300) is formed in a lower part of the head unit (1000).
본 발명은 하수관 내부에 발생된 각종 이물질 중 장시간 동안 퇴적되고 딱딱하게 굳어버린 악성의 고착물을 파쇄하는 방법으로 제거가 가능하여 성능 및 기능 향상에 유효한 하수관 유지 보수용 로봇에 관한 것이다.즉, 앞바퀴(150)와 뒷바퀴(160)가 포함된 본체 프레임(100)에 프레임 고정형 하우징(200)이 구성한 다음 그 내부에 회전형 내경 하우징(300) 및 관절부(400)가 구성되고, 상기 관절부(400)로부터 일정한 간격만큼 유지된 전방에는 헤드부 체결유닛(500)에 워크용 헤드부(1000)가 장치되며, 상기 아암플레이트(600)와 관절부(400) 및 내경 하우징(300) 사이에는 좌우조절장치(700), 상하조절장치(800), 회전조절장치(900)가 설치되고, 상기 내경 하우징(300)에는 자체적공압발생수단(1100)이 설치되고, 상기 자체적공압발생수단(1100)과 워크용 헤드부(1000) 사이에 플레시블호스(1200a)를 연결하고, 헤드부(1000)에는 헤머 작동용 실린더(1210))와 그 내부 피스톤형 헤머(1200)가 구성되고 그 아랴측에는 파쇄용 충격노미(1300)가 구성된 것이다.
