Provided is a top-down multistep reinforced concrete retaining wall construction method which includes: a step of performing primary evacuation; a step of placing a horizontal water stop, including a vertical combination hole and a plurality of concrete placement holes, on a primarily evacuated floor and then making the bottom of a vertical reinforcement bar penetrate the vertical combination hole, and connecting a placement pipe with the concrete placement holes; a step of placing a vertical water stop, including a plurality of horizontal combination holes, vertically on both sides of the evacuated floor, and making an end of a horizontal reinforcement bar penetrate the horizontal combination holes; a step of placing a mold closely to the horizontal and vertical water stops, and then forming a primary retaining wall by placing/curing concrete in the mold; a step of placing a horizontal water stop, including the vertical combination holes and the concrete placement holes, on a secondarily evacuated floor and then making the bottom of the vertical reinforcement bar penetrate the vertical combination holes, and installing a secondary placement pipe to connect a part of primary concrete placement holes with secondary concrete placement holes; a step of placing a vertical water stop, including a plurality of horizontal combination holes, vertically on both sides of the secondarily evacuated floor, and making an end of the horizontal reinforcement bar penetrate the horizontal combination holes; a step of placing a mold closely to the horizontal and vertical water stops, and then forming a secondary retaining wall by placing/curing concrete in the mold through the placement pipe; and a step of repeating S140 to S170 steps.
본 발명은 1차 터파기하는 단계, 수직체결공 및 복수의 콘크리트타설공이 관통 형성된 수평지수판을 1차 터파기된 바닥면에 배치한 후, 수직철근의 하단을 수직체결공에 관통 배치하고, 콘크리트타설공에는 타설용파이프를 연결 설치하는 단계, 복수의 수평체결공이 관통 형성된 수직지수판을 터파기된 바닥면의 양측에 각각 수직하게 배치하고, 수평철근의 단부를 수평체결공에 관통 배치하는 단계, 거푸집을 수평지수판 및 수직지수판에 접하도록 배치한 후, 거푸집 내로 콘크리트를 타설/양생하여 1차 흙막이를 형성하는 단계, 1차 흙막이의 하부를 2차 터파기하는 단계, 복수의 수직체결공 및 복수의 콘크리트타설공이 관통 형성된 수평지수판을 2차 터파기된 바닥면에 배치한 후, 수직철근의 하단을 수직체결공에 관통되게 배치하고, 1차 콘크리트타설공 중 일부의 1차 콘크리트타설공을 2차 콘크리트타설공과 연결되게 2차 타설용파이프를 설치하는 단계, 복수의 수평체결공이 관통 형성된 수직지수판을 2차 터파기된 바닥면의 양측에 각각 수직하게 배치하고, 수평철근의 단부를 수평체결공에 관통되게 배치하는 단계, 거푸집을 수평지수판 및 수직지수판에 접하도록 배치한 후, 타설용파이프를 통해 거푸집 내로 콘크리트를 타설/양생하여 2차 흙막이를 형성하는 단계, S140 단계 내지 S170단계를 반복하는 단계를 포함하는 탑다운방식 다단계 철근콘크리트 흙막이 벽체 시공방법을 제공한다.
