CONFIGURABLE BALUSTRADE FOR BUILDING
The present invention relates to an opened/closed rail for a structure, comprising: a fixed rail including a plurality of fixed supports and fixed bars; an opened/closed rail including a plurality of open supports and open bars; a driving gear; a driven gear; a driving motor; an opening preventing portion including a fixed shaft, a compression panel, and a spring; a window including a casement window and a lifting window; and a power transmitting portion. The present invention is able to open a rail when a large moving object passes through a veranda or a balcony; uses the opened rail as a support for a work to lift and lower the moving object; prevents the rail from being opened by a carelessness of a user; and be opened or closed as being compatible with the window installed adjacent to the rail.
본 발명은, 베란다 또는 발코니를 이루도록 공동주택에 구비되는 창틀의 양측부에 설치되고, 상기 창틀의 바닥면에 설치되는 복수 개의 고정지지대와, 복수 개의 상기 고정지지대를 연결하는 고정바를 포함하는 고정난간; 상기 고정난간과 연결 또는 분리 가능하도록 상기 창틀에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 회전축으로부터 연장되는 복수 개의 개방지지대와, 복수 개의 상기 개방지지대를 연결하는 개방바를 포함하는 개폐난간; 상기 창틀 바닥 내부에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 주동기어; 상기 회전축에 설치되고 상기 주동기어에 기어연결되는 종동기어; 상기 주동기어의 회전축에 연결되도록 베란다 또는 발코니에 설치되는 구동모터; 상기 개방바와 상기 고정바를 연결 또는 분리시키도록 상기 고정바에 출몰 가능하게 설치되고 상기 개방바를 관통하여 다른 상기 고정바에 삽입되는 고정축과, 상기 고정축에 구비되는 가압패널과, 상기 가압패널과 상기 창틀 사이에 개재되고 상기 고정축을 상기 개방바 측으로 가압하는 스프링을 포함하는 개방방지부; 상기 고정난간 및 상기 개폐난간의 배면에 인접하게 배치되고, 베란다 또는 발코니 내부의 감싸도록 상기 고정난간에 인접하게 배치되고 베란다 또는 발코니를 개방할 수 있도록 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되는 여닫이창과, 상기 개폐난간에 인접하게 배치되고 상기 여닫이창을 구획하는 구획프레임에 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되는 승강창을 포함하는 창호; 및 상기 승강창이 개방되면 상기 고정축을 상기 개방바로부터 분리시켜 상기 개폐난간의 구속을 해제시키는 동력전달부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은, 베란다 또는 발코니를 이루도록 공동주택에 구비되는 창틀의 양측부에 설치되고, 상기 창틀의 바닥면에 설치되는 복수 개의 고정지지대와, 복수 개의 상기 고정지지대를 연결하는 고정바를 포함하는 고정난간; 상기 고정난간과 연결 또는 분리 가능하도록 상기 창틀에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 회전축으로부터 연장되는 복수 개의 개방지지대와, 복수 개의 상기 개방지지대를 연결하는 개방바를 포함하는 개폐난간; 상기 창틀 바닥 내부에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 주동기어; 상기 회전축에 설치되고 상기 주동기어에 기어연결되는 종동기어; 상기 주동기어의 회전축에 연결되도록 베란다 또는 발코니에 설치되는 구동모터; 상기 개방바와 상기 고정바를 연결 또는 분리시키도록 상기 고정바에 출몰 가능하게 설치되고 상기 개방바를 관통하여 다른 상기 고정바에 삽입되는 고정축과, 상기 고정축에 구비되는 가압패널과, 상기 가압패널과 상기 창틀 사이에 개재되고 상기 고정축을 상기 개방바 측으로 가압하는 스프링을 포함하는 개방방지부; 상기 고정난간 및 상기 개폐난간의 배면에 인접하게 배치되고, 베란다 또는 발코니 내부의 감싸도록 상기 고정난간에 인접하게 배치되고 베란다 또는 발코니를 개방할 수 있도록 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되는 여닫이창과, 상기 개폐난간에 인접하게 배치되고 상기 여닫이창을 구획하는 구획프레임에 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되는 승강창을 포함하는 창호; 및 상기 승강창이 개방되면 상기 고정축을 상기 개방바로부터 분리시켜 상기 개폐난간의 구속을 해제시키는 동력전달부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
