DREDGE MACHINERY UNIFICATION DREDGING AND TRANSPORTING OF DREDGING SAND AND METHOD FOR DREDGING DREDGING SAND
The present invention relates to a sand discharge unification dredging apparatus and a dredging method using the same and is to suck dredged soil in water and then discharge the dredged soil onto the land by using an excavator arm and a boom as configurations for dredging without using a separate pipe. The dredging suction and sand discharge unification dredging apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a buoyant hull (10); an excavator (20) which is mounted on a deck of the buoyant hull, and includes a cutter (26) crushing underwater ground, an arm connected to the cutter, and a boom (22) connected to the arm; a dredged soil inflow pipe (30) which has a pipe shape, and one side of which is connected to the front end of the arm of the excavator and an inflow end of the other side of which corresponds to the periphery of the cutter; a dredged soil discharge pipe, one side of which is connected to the boom of the excavator and the other side is connected to the land; and a pump (50) which sucks and discharges the dredged soil through the inside of the discharge pipe. The arm and boom of the excavator are configured in a pipe shape having hollow dredging discharge paths (22a, 24a) therein, and the dredged soil crushed by the cutter is discharged through the dredged soil inflow pipe and the dredging discharge paths of the arm and boom by pumping force of the pump.
본 발명은 준설 흡입과 배사 일원화 준설 장비 및 이를 이용한 준설 방법에 관한 것으로, 별도의 관을 사용하지 않고 준설을 위한 구성인 굴삭기 암과 붐대를 이용하여 준설토를 수중에서 흡입한 후 육상으로 배출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 준설 흡입과 배사 일원화 준설 장비는, 부력 선체(10)와; 상기 부력 선체의 갑판에 탑재되며 수중의 지반을 분쇄하는 커터(26)와 이 커터가 연결되는 암(24) 및 상기 암과 연결되는 붐대(22)를 갖는 굴삭기(20)와; 관형으로서 일측이 상기 굴삭기의 암의 선단부에 연결되며 타측의 유입단이 상기 커터 주변과 대응하는 준설토 유입관(30)과; 일측이 상기 굴삭기의 붐대와 연결되고 타측이 육상과 연결되는 준설토 배출관과; 상기 배출관의 내부를 통해 준설토를 흡입 배출하는 펌프(50)를 포함하고, 상기 굴삭기의 암과 붐대는 내부에 중공의 준설 배출로(22a,24a)가 있는 관형으로 구성되어 상기 커터에 의해 분쇄된 준설토가 상기 펌프의 펌핑력에 의해 상기 준설토 유입관과 상기 암과 붐대의 준설배출로 및 준설토 배출관을 경로로 하여 배출된다.

The present invention relates to a sand discharge unification dredging apparatus and a dredging method using the same and is to suck dredged soil in water and then discharge the dredged soil onto the land by using an excavator arm and a boom as configurations for dredging without using a separate pipe. The dredging suction and sand discharge unification dredging apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a buoyant hull (10); an excavator (20) which is mounted on a deck of the buoyant hull, and includes a cutter (26) crushing underwater ground, an arm connected to the cutter, and a boom (22) connected to the arm; a dredged soil inflow pipe (30) which has a pipe shape, and one side of which is connected to the front end of the arm of the excavator and an inflow end of the other side of which corresponds to the periphery of the cutter; a dredged soil discharge pipe, one side of which is connected to the boom of the excavator and the other side is connected to the land; and a pump (50) which sucks and discharges the dredged soil through the inside of the discharge pipe. The arm and boom of the excavator are configured in a pipe shape having hollow dredging discharge paths (22a, 24a) therein, and the dredged soil crushed by the cutter is discharged through the dredged soil inflow pipe and the dredging discharge paths of the arm and boom by pumping force of the pump.
본 발명은 준설 흡입과 배사 일원화 준설 장비 및 이를 이용한 준설 방법에 관한 것으로, 별도의 관을 사용하지 않고 준설을 위한 구성인 굴삭기 암과 붐대를 이용하여 준설토를 수중에서 흡입한 후 육상으로 배출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 준설 흡입과 배사 일원화 준설 장비는, 부력 선체(10)와; 상기 부력 선체의 갑판에 탑재되며 수중의 지반을 분쇄하는 커터(26)와 이 커터가 연결되는 암(24) 및 상기 암과 연결되는 붐대(22)를 갖는 굴삭기(20)와; 관형으로서 일측이 상기 굴삭기의 암의 선단부에 연결되며 타측의 유입단이 상기 커터 주변과 대응하는 준설토 유입관(30)과; 일측이 상기 굴삭기의 붐대와 연결되고 타측이 육상과 연결되는 준설토 배출관과; 상기 배출관의 내부를 통해 준설토를 흡입 배출하는 펌프(50)를 포함하고, 상기 굴삭기의 암과 붐대는 내부에 중공의 준설 배출로(22a,24a)가 있는 관형으로 구성되어 상기 커터에 의해 분쇄된 준설토가 상기 펌프의 펌핑력에 의해 상기 준설토 유입관과 상기 암과 붐대의 준설배출로 및 준설토 배출관을 경로로 하여 배출된다.
