The present invention relates to a waterproof and elastic joining device for a bridge and a construction method thereof and, more specifically, relates to a waterproof and elastic joining device for a bridge and a construction method thereof configured to fixate one end of a finger plate coupled to an upper structure of an adjacent bridge to a lower bracket member; thereby stably fixating the finger plate to the upper structure of the bridge even though an anchor member to fixate the finger plate is damaged. To achieve this, the present invention comprises: a pair of finger plates, a bracket member, a waterproof portion, and a waterproof material.
본 발명은 인접하는 교량 상부 구조물에 결합하는 핑거 플레이트의 일단을 하부의 브래킷 부재에 고정함으로써, 핑거 플레이트 고정을 위한 앵커 부재가 파손되더라도 핑거 플레이트를 교량 상부 구조물에 안정적으로 고정할 수 있는 교량용 방수 신축 이음 장치 및 이의 시공 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 교량용 방수 신축 이음 장치는 상호 인접하는 교량 상부 구조물의 선단 상면에 각각 결합되는 것으로, 교량 상부 구조물에 앵커 부재에 의해 고정되는 몸체부의 일단에 복수의 핑거부와 요홈부가 교대로 형성되어 핑거부가 요홈부에 삽입되도록 서로 마주보는 한 쌍의 핑거 플레이트; 상기 교량 상부 구조물의 선단에 고정되는 고정부 및 상기 고정부의 상단에 결합되는 것으로 핑거 플레이트의 하부를 지지하는 지지부로 구성되는 브래킷 부재; 상기 브래킷 부재의 고정부 내측에 교량의 폭 방향으로 결합되는 것으로 일측에 가이드홈이 형성된 가이드레일 및 양 단부에 상기 가이드홈에 삽입되는 가이드돌기가 형성되어 상기 가이드레일과 슬라이딩 결합되는 방수판으로 구성되는 방수부; 및 상기 교량 상부 구조물과 핑거 플레이트의 몸체부 사이에 충전되는 방수재; 로 구성되되, 상기 핑거 플레이트는 브래킷 부재의 지지부 일단에 고정되고, 상기 핑거 플레이트의 요홈부 중 적어도 어느 하나에는 브래킷 부재의 지지부 하면에 밀착되는 하부판, 상기 핑거 플레이트의 몸체부 상면에 밀착되는 상부판 및 상기 상부판과 하부판의 단부를 연결하는 수직 연결판으로 구성되어 핑거 플레이트의 몸체부 일단과 브래킷 부재의 지지부가 끼워지는 이탈방지캡이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 인접하는 교량 상부 구조물에 결합하는 핑거 플레이트의 일단을 하부의 브래킷 부재에 고정함으로써, 핑거 플레이트 고정을 위한 앵커 부재가 파손되더라도 핑거 플레이트를 교량 상부 구조물에 안정적으로 고정할 수 있는 교량용 방수 신축 이음 장치 및 이의 시공 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 교량용 방수 신축 이음 장치는 상호 인접하는 교량 상부 구조물의 선단 상면에 각각 결합되는 것으로, 교량 상부 구조물에 앵커 부재에 의해 고정되는 몸체부의 일단에 복수의 핑거부와 요홈부가 교대로 형성되어 핑거부가 요홈부에 삽입되도록 서로 마주보는 한 쌍의 핑거 플레이트; 상기 교량 상부 구조물의 선단에 고정되는 고정부 및 상기 고정부의 상단에 결합되는 것으로 핑거 플레이트의 하부를 지지하는 지지부로 구성되는 브래킷 부재; 상기 브래킷 부재의 고정부 내측에 교량의 폭 방향으로 결합되는 것으로 일측에 가이드홈이 형성된 가이드레일 및 양 단부에 상기 가이드홈에 삽입되는 가이드돌기가 형성되어 상기 가이드레일과 슬라이딩 결합되는 방수판으로 구성되는 방수부; 및 상기 교량 상부 구조물과 핑거 플레이트의 몸체부 사이에 충전되는 방수재; 로 구성되되, 상기 핑거 플레이트는 브래킷 부재의 지지부 일단에 고정되고, 상기 핑거 플레이트의 요홈부 중 적어도 어느 하나에는 브래킷 부재의 지지부 하면에 밀착되는 하부판, 상기 핑거 플레이트의 몸체부 상면에 밀착되는 상부판 및 상기 상부판과 하부판의 단부를 연결하는 수직 연결판으로 구성되어 핑거 플레이트의 몸체부 일단과 브래킷 부재의 지지부가 끼워지는 이탈방지캡이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
