The present invention relates to a water level rising apparatus and, more specifically, relates to a water level rising apparatus for an intercepting sewer water diverting method, which comprises: a coupling frame coupled to the inside of a manhole; and a cylindrical packer mounted in the coupling frame, and cylindrically expanded to be interconnected to the inside of the manhole to protrude to an upper side of the ground by air injection. Moreover, through simple construction, blocking section work is possible, and in a work pause period, a blocking section can be released with only simple operation without disassembling the whole facility. Therefore, an intercepting sewer can be repaired and monitored, and according to the water level rising apparatus for an intercepting sewer water diverting method of the present invention, a differential head is formed to divert water for energy efficiency to be improved.
본 발명은 수위상승장치로서, 보다 상세하게는 맨홀 내부에 체결되는 체결프레임; 상기 체결프레임에 장착되며 공기 주입에 의해 지상의 상측으로 돌출하도록 맨홀 내부와 연통하는 통형으로 팽창하는 통형패커;를 포함하여 간단한 시공에 의해 차단구간의 작업이 가능하도록 하면서 작업휴지기에는 전체 시설을 해체할 필요없이 간단한 조작만으로 차단구간의 해제가 가능하여 차집관거의 보수, 모니터링 등이 용이하며, 또한 본 발명의 차집관거 물돌리기 공법용 수위상승장치는 수두차를 형성하도록 하여 물돌리기가 가능하도록 함에 따라 에너지면에서 우수한 장점이 있는 차집관거 물돌리기 공법용 수위상승장치에 관한 것이다.
