The present invention relates to a connection device for a system floor post module having multiple vertical members (11). The connection device for a system floor post module comprises: an upper body (20) formed into a pipe tightly connected to an end of the vertical member (11) and including a guiding protrusion (23) protruding from the inner surface; and a lower body (30) supported on the upper body (20) to vertically move and including a guiding grove (33) corresponding to the guiding protrusion (23). Therefore, the connection device for a system floor post module obtains convenience and safety of work of vertically extending a system floor post module temporarily assembled by the vertical member, a horizontal member, and a brace. So, the connection device for a system floor post module can reduce a man-hour and danger of an accident.
