The present invention relates to a variable airtight device for a sliding window, having insulation and airtight performance. Specifically, the variable airtight device for a sliding window, having the insulation and airtight performance, can improve the insulation and airtight performance while using both an existing slide window function and a fixed window function. According to the present invention, the variable airtight device for a sliding window, having the insulation and airtight performance, includes: a first stopper inserted into a rail formed at a lower inner corner unit in which a horizontal window frame and a vertical window frame are in contact with each other; a second stopper attached to a side of a movable window piece frame by being inserted in and connected to the rail of the horizontal window frame; multiple support reinforcing members inserted in and connected to the rail of the horizontal window frame and individually attached to the side of the first stopper and the second stopper; and an airtight cover horizontally arranged between the vertical window frame and the movable window piece frame and reinforcing insulation performance and airtight performance while performing the fixed window function by being connected to enclose the support reinforcing member.
본 발명은 단열 및 기밀성능을 갖는 미서기 창호의 가변형 기밀장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 기존 슬라이드 창호 기능과 고정창(픽스창) 기능을 병행하여 사용하면서 단열과 기밀성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 단열 및 기밀성능을 갖는 미서기 창호의 가변형 기밀장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 단열 및 기밀성능을 갖는 미서기 창호의 가변형 기밀장치는, 수평 창틀프레임과 수직 창틀프레임이 접한 하부 내측 모서리부에 형성된 레일에 끼움 결합되는 제1 스토퍼; 상기 수평 창틀프레임의 레일에 끼움 결합되어 이동용 창짝프레임의 측면에 밀착되는 제2 스토퍼; 상기 수평 창틀프레임의 레일에 끼움 결합되어 상기 제1 스토퍼와 제2 스토퍼의 측면에 각각 밀착되는 복수개의 받침보강재; 및 상기 수직 창틀프레임과 이동용 창짝프레임의 사이에 횡방향으로 배치되되, 상기 받침보강재를 감싸도록 결합되어 고정창 기능을 하면서 단열성 및 기밀성을 강화시키는 기밀커버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
