APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING A FINGER FROM INSERTING IN A DOOR OF ELEVATOR
The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing a finger from being caught in an elevator door, comprising: a fixing portion (211) formed to be attached to an outer wall frame (130) of an elevator entrance and an elevator frame (140); a hinge coupling groove (217) integrally formed into the fixing portion (211) and having an inner cylindrical shape which is partially open; a hanging portion (214) integrally formed into the fixing portion (211) and formed to allow a spring (218) to be hung thereon; a rigid flow portion (212) having a coupling rod (215), which is inserted into the hinge coupling groove (217) to form a hinge connection, integrally formed thereinto and including a hanging portion (216) formed to allow the spring (218) to be hung thereon; a flexible flow portion (213) coupled to an opposite edge of the coupling rod (215) in the rigid flow portion (213); and the spring (218) coupled as both ends thereof are engaged with the hanging portion (214) of the fixing portion (211) and the hanging portion (216) of the rigid flow portion (212). The hinge-coupled rigid flow portion (212) is formed to be rotated by a tensile force of the spring (218) so that the flexible flow portion (213), which is formed at the end thereof, touches the surface of an opening and closing elevator door (110). A safety pad (the rigid flow portion and the flexible flow portion) is configured to touch the surface of the elevator door by the hinge connection and the tensile force of the spring, thereby preventing a flow gap between the doors.
본 발명은 엘리베이터 출입구의 외벽프레임(130) 및 엘리베이터 프레임(140)에 부착되도록 형성된 고정부(211)와, 고정부(211)에 일체로 형성되고 내부모양은 일부가 개방된 원통모양으로 형성된 힌지결합홈(217)과, 고정부(211)에 일체로 형성되고 스프링(218)을 걸도록 형성된 걸림부(214)와, 힌지결합홈(217)에 끼워져 힌지결합을 형성하는 결합봉(215)이 일체로 형성되고 스프링(218)을 걸도록 형성된 걸림부(216)가 형성된 경질유동부(212)와, 경질유동부(213)에서 결합봉(215)의 반대쪽 가장자리에 결합된 연질유동부(213) 및, 고정부(211)의 걸림부(214) 및 경질유동부(212)의 걸림부(216)에 양 끝을 걸어 결합되는 스프링(218)으로 이루어지며, 힌지결합된 경질유동부(212)는 스프링(218)의 인장력에 의해 회전유동하도록 형성되어 경질유동부(212)의 끝부분에 형성된 연질유동부(213)가 열고 닫히는 엘리베이터 도어(110)의 표면에 접하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터 도어의 손끼임 방지장치에 관한 것으로, 힌지결합과 스프링의 인장력에 의해 안전패드(경질유동부와 연질유동부)가 엘리베이터 도어 표면에 접촉하도록 형성함으로써 도어의 유동틈새가 없도록 형성한 것이다.

The hinge-coupled rigid flow portion (212) is formed to be rotated by a tensile force of the spring (218) so that the flexible flow portion (213), which is formed at the end thereof, touches the surface of an opening and closing elevator door (110). A safety pad (the rigid flow portion and the flexible flow portion) is configured to touch the surface of the elevator door by the hinge connection and the tensile force of the spring, thereby preventing a flow gap between the doors.
