MANHOLE MENDING DEVICE AND CONCTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a manhole repairing device (100) to repair a manhole. The manhole repairing device (100) comprises: a lower frame (110) having an inner space wider than a manhole; and an upper frame (130) formed to be separated to an upper side of the lower frame (110) by a plurality of pillar frames (120). The pillar frame (120) or the upper frame (130) is connected to a lift device (140) capable of lifting up a repairing unit (A) of the manhole (10). The lower frame (110) comprises: a plurality of wheels (111) installed to facilitate a movement of the repairing device (100); and a fixing device (112) fixating the repairing device (100) during a repairing work by controlling a height. According to the present invention, the manhole repairing device (100) is able to easily remove the repairing unit (A) by lifting up the repairing unit (A) which is cut using the lifting device (140). Moreover, the repairing device is able to easily move by the wheel (111) and the fixing device (112), and is able to stably be fixated during a repair work.
맨홀(10)의 보수를 위한 본 발명의 보수장치(100)는 맨홀 크기보다 넓은 내부 공간을 갖도록 형성된 하측프레임(110); 복수의 기둥프레임(120)에 의하여 하측프레임(110)의 상측으로 이격되어 형성된 상측프레임(130);을 포함하고, 기둥프레임(120) 또는 상측프레임(130)에 맨홀(10)의 보수부(A)를 들어올릴 수 있는 리프트장치(140)가 결합되며, 하측프레임(110)에는 보수장치(100)의 이동을 원활하게 하기 위해 설치된 복수의 바퀴(111); 및 높이 조절을 통해 작업시 보수장치(100)를 고정하는 고정장치(112);를 구비한다. 이 경우, 본 발명의 맨홀 보수장치(100)는 리프트장치(140)를 이용하여 컷팅된 보수부(A)를 들어올려 용이하게 제거할 수 있다. 또한, 바퀴(111)와 고정장치(112)에 의해 보수장치의 이동이 용이하고, 작업시 보수장치를 견고하게 고정 시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a manhole repairing device (100) to repair a manhole. The manhole repairing device (100) comprises: a lower frame (110) having an inner space wider than a manhole; and an upper frame (130) formed to be separated to an upper side of the lower frame (110) by a plurality of pillar frames (120). The pillar frame (120) or the upper frame (130) is connected to a lift device (140) capable of lifting up a repairing unit (A) of the manhole (10). According to the present invention, the manhole repairing device (100) is able to easily remove the repairing unit (A) by lifting up the repairing unit (A) which is cut using the lifting device (140). Moreover, the repairing device is able to easily move by the wheel (111) and the fixing device (112), and is able to stably be fixated during a repair work.
