The present invention provides an insulation window comprising: a windowsill frame having an opening part, and fixed to a wall; and one or more window frames configured to selectively open and close at least a partial region of the opening part, and supporting a glass panel. The windowsill frame comprises an indoor side windowsill, an outdoor side windowsill, and a pair of first insulation bars made of a material which is different from those of the indoor side windowsill and the outdoor side windowsill, wherein the indoor side windowsill and the outdoor side windowsill are connected. The window frame comprises an indoor side window frame, an outdoor side window frame, and second and third insulation bars made of materials which are different from those of the indoor side window frame and the outdoor side window frame, wherein the indoor side window frame and the outdoor side window frame are connected. A first foam filler is prepared in a space having the second and third insulation bars formed therein, and the first foam filler is integrally fixed to any one of the second and third insulation bars.
