The present invention relates to a polyurethane mortar composition and a method for finishing a floor near a trench and, more specifically, to a polyurethane mortar composition and a method for finishing a floor near a trench, which can form a finishing layer to prevent water leakage, cracks and debonding phenomena to the trench on the building floor by using polyurethane with excellent durability, connectivity, and rapid-hardening. The polyurethane resin mortar composition contains, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a first liquid agent including polyol, 1-10 parts by weight of a second liquid agent including isocyanate; 10-20 parts by weight of inorganic binder including white cement or alumina cement; 20-40 parts by weight of filler including anhydrous gypsum and silica; 1-10 parts by weight of an additive; and 0.5-5 parts by weight of a pigment.
본 발명은 폴리우레탄수지 몰탈 조성물과 이를 이용한 트렌치 주변의 바닥 마감방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 내구성과 결합성, 속경성이 우수한 폴리우레탄수지를 이용하여 건물 바닥의 트렌치 주변에 누수, 균열, 들뜸현상을 일으키지 않는 마감층을 형성할 수 있는 폴리우레탄수지 몰탈 조성물과 이를 이용한 트렌치 주변의 바닥 마감방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폴리우레탄수지 몰탈 조성물은 폴리올을 포함하는 제 1액제 100중량부에 대하여 이소시아네이트를 포함하는 제 2액제 1 내지 10중량부와, 백시멘트 또는 알루미나 시멘트를 포함하는 무기바인더 10 내지 20중량부와, 무수석고와 실리카를 포함하는 필러 20 내지 40중량부와, 첨가제 1 내지 10중량부와, 안료 0.5 내지 5중량부를 함유한다.
