The present invention provides a ladder structure for inspection of a bridge, comprising a main stairway module installed in the bridge and an auxiliary stairway module coupled to the main stairway module. The main stairway module includes a plate-shaped support plate, a pair of main support rods having lower ends connected to the support plate having a predetermined length upwards, main step units provided at predetermined vertical intervals on the main support rods having one end and the other end respectively coupled to the main support rods, an installation board coupled to the main step units and installed in the bridge, and a pair of auxiliary support rods provided on the support plate to be parallel to the main support rods and to be a predetermined distance away from the pair of main support rods. The auxiliary stairway module includes a pair of support pipes through which the auxiliary support rods are inserted in a longitudinal direction, and auxiliary step units provided at predetermined vertical intervals on the support pipes having one end and the other end thereof respectively coupled to the support pipes.
