Binder of concrete by steam curing
The present invention relates to high strength concrete obtained through steam curing. More specifically, the present invention relates to a binder for high strength concrete, in which some content of expensive ordinary Portland cement (OPC) used as binders is replaced with other inexpensive and excellent compositions. The binder containing OPC can be used for producing pre-stressed high-strength concrete (PHC) piles, by containing 75-90 wt% of OPC and 10-25 wt% of an ingredient mixture consisting of desulfurized plaster, slag, plaster, and oleic acid.
본 발명은 증기양생을 통한 고강도 콘크리트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 결합재(binder)로써 사용되는 값비싼 시멘트(OPC)의 일부의 함량을 저렴하고 우수한 다른 조성물들로 대체한 고강도 콘크리트 결합재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 시멘트(OPC)를 포함하는 결합재(Binder)에 있어서, 상기 결합재는 OPC (Ordinary Portland Cement) 75~90 중량% ; 탈황석고, 슬래그, 석고 및 올레인산을 포함하는 혼합재료 10 ~ 25 중량 %;를 포함하여 PHC 파일등을 제조한다.
