The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing pottery by using used coffee grounds and pottery manufactured thereby, and more specifically, to a manufacturing method for pottery having used coffee grounds which is light and has a visual effect since raw materials for pottery are made by mixing slip clay and used coffee grounds and pottery is made thereby, and pottery manufactured thereby. The pottery manufacturing method having used coffee grounds of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned objective comprises: a pottery material manufacturing step which mixes slip clay with used coffee grounds and manufactures the pottery materials; an injecting step which injects the pottery materials into a plaster mold which is molded in advance; a coagulating step which dries for a predetermined time after the injecting step and coagulates the pottery materials placed in an inner circumferential surface of the plaster mold among the injected pottery materials; a molding step which discharges the pottery materials which are not coagulated after the coagulating step from the plaster mold, removes the plaster mold, and molds pottery; a biscuit firing step which does biscuit firing the molded pottery at 750-850C; a glazing coating step which coats a glaze on an outer circumferential surface of pottery passed through the molding step; and a roasting step which roasts twice the pottery coated by the glaze at 1100-1250C.
본 발명은 커피 찌꺼기를 이용하여 도자기를 제조하는 방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 도자기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게 설명하면, 슬립점토와 커피 찌꺼기가 혼합되어 도자기원료가 제조되고, 이에 의해 도자기가 제작됨에 따라, 무게가 가벼우면서 시각적인 효과를 가지는 커피 찌꺼기가 함유된 도자기 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 도자기에 관한 것이다. 상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 커피 찌꺼기가 함유된 도자기 제조방법은, 슬립점토와 커피 찌꺼기를 혼합하여, 도자기원료를 제조하는 도자기원료 제조단계; 미리 성형된 석고몰드에 제조된 상기 도자기원료를 주입하는 주입단계; 상기 주입단계 이후 소정시간 동안 건조를 실시하고, 주입된 상기 도자기원료 중 상기 석고몰드의 내주면측에 배치된 상기 도자기원료를 응고시키는 응고단계; 상기 응고단계 이후 응고되지 않은 나머지 도자기원료를 상기 석고몰드로부터 배출하고, 상기 석고몰드을 제거하여 도자기를 성형하는 성형단계; 상기 성형된 도자기를 750 ~ 850℃로 초벌구이하는 초벌단계; 상기 성형단계를 거친 도자기의 외주면에 유약을 코팅하는 유약 코팅 단계; 및 유약이 코팅된 상기 도자기를 1100 ~ 1250℃의 온도로 재벌구이하는 재벌단계를 포함하는 것을 특징한다.

본 발명은 커피 찌꺼기를 이용하여 도자기를 제조하는 방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 도자기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게 설명하면, 슬립점토와 커피 찌꺼기가 혼합되어 도자기원료가 제조되고, 이에 의해 도자기가 제작됨에 따라, 무게가 가벼우면서 시각적인 효과를 가지는 커피 찌꺼기가 함유된 도자기 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 도자기에 관한 것이다. 상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 커피 찌꺼기가 함유된 도자기 제조방법은, 슬립점토와 커피 찌꺼기를 혼합하여, 도자기원료를 제조하는 도자기원료 제조단계; 미리 성형된 석고몰드에 제조된 상기 도자기원료를 주입하는 주입단계; 상기 주입단계 이후 소정시간 동안 건조를 실시하고, 주입된 상기 도자기원료 중 상기 석고몰드의 내주면측에 배치된 상기 도자기원료를 응고시키는 응고단계; 상기 응고단계 이후 응고되지 않은 나머지 도자기원료를 상기 석고몰드로부터 배출하고, 상기 석고몰드을 제거하여 도자기를 성형하는 성형단계; 상기 성형된 도자기를 750 ~ 850℃로 초벌구이하는 초벌단계; 상기 성형단계를 거친 도자기의 외주면에 유약을 코팅하는 유약 코팅 단계; 및 유약이 코팅된 상기 도자기를 1100 ~ 1250℃의 온도로 재벌구이하는 재벌단계를 포함하는 것을 특징한다.
