Reinforcement Composition Using Basalt Fiber and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention relates to a reinforcement agent composition and a construction method using the same. The reinforcement agent composition, on the basis of 100 parts by weight of a polymer resin, comprises: 10 to 40 parts by weight of a basalt fiber; 1 to 20 parts by weight of polyvinylalcohol powder; 0.01 to 4 parts by weight of re-emulsifying polymer powder; 5 to 20 parts by weight of a hardening agent; 3 to 40 parts by weight of a light weight agent; 1 to 20 parts by weight of nano-ceramic particles; 1 to 10 parts by weight of an attachment improving agent; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a deformation preventing agent; 3 to 15 parts by weight of a low shrinking agent; 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a stabilizer; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of octyltriethoxy silane; and 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent. The present invention has excellent mechanical properties, and improves adhesive properties with the surroundings of a crack part. At the same time, excellent waterproofing properties are ensured, and long-term durability is improved.
본 발명은 고분자 수지 100중량부 기준으로, 바잘트 섬유 10 내지 40중량부; 폴리비닐알코올 분말 1 내지 20중량부; 재유화형 폴리머 분말 0.01 내지 4중량부; 경화제 5 내지 20중량부; 경량제 3 내지 40중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 1 내지 20중량부; 부착증진제 1 내지 10중량부; 변형방지제 1 내지 10중량부; 저수축제 3 내지 15중량부; 안정제 0.5 내지 10중량부; 옥틸트리에톡시 실란 0.1 내지 5중량부; 및 실란 커플링제 0.5 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 보강제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 기계적 물성이 우수하고, 균열부 주변과의 접착성을 향상시키는 동시에, 우수한 방수성, 및 장기 내구성을 증가시키도록 하는 보강제 조성물을 제공한다.
