EARTH RETAINING SELF-RELIANCE STRUCTURE AND EARTH RETAINING CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING IT
The present invention relates to an earth retaining self-standing structure to maximize rigidity of an earth retaining construction wall to install an underground structure, and a construction method using the same, comprising: an H-shaped steel portion of high strength; a rectangular pipe portion having a plurality of perforation holes formed on a lower portion thereof in the form of a rectangular tube having an inner side penetrated therethrough, and coupled to both sides thereof based on a web of the H-shaped steel portion; and an injection pipe forming a plurality of discharge holes of a grouting material on a lower portion thereof to inject the grouting material into the rectangular steel portion. After the grouting material is injected, a coating agent is applied to a lower outer circumferential surface of the injection pipe coming in contact with the grouting material to separate the H-shaped steel portion and the rectangular portion from the hardened grouting material. Accordingly, the present invention is able to be reused and a rigidity of a wall increased.
본 발명은 지하구조물을 설치하기 위한 흙막이 공사 벽체의 강성을 극대화시키는 흙막이 자립구조물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 고강도 재질의 H형강부, 내측이 관통된 사각관 형태로 하부에 복수개의 천공홀이 형성되어 상기 H형강부의 웨브를 기준으로 양측면에 결합된 각관부, 및 상기 각관부 내측으로 그라우팅재를 주입시키도록 하단부에 복수개의 그라우팅재 배출홀을 형성하는 주입파이프를 포함하되, 상기 그라우팅재 주입 후, 굳어진 그라우팅재로부터 상기 H형강부 및 각관부를 분리하기 위해 그라우팅재가 접촉하는 하단 외주면에 피막제를 각각 도포하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
